I personally liked everything about the entire place. The breakfast was amazing and getting it for free with the amount of options they had was just insane, because you can pick from eggs and bacon, to bagle and cream cheese, oatmeal, and more! I enjoyed how clean everything was and how nice all the staff were.

I legit cannot think of anything I didn't like unless you wanna count how little my stay was but that isn't an issue with them that's an issue with me and money situation, so all in all, not a single thing I disliked.

There's a lot that I liked about Holiday Inn, the breakfast was really good which is a little bit of a surprise. On top of that, the workers were awesome, very understanding, and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of everything was off the charts.

It's hard to say anything bad about the experience that I had, so I guess the best that I could put here is it sucked I didn't really get that much time to see how much better the place was at doing all it did.

I schedule one night per month and I normally stay the night before my housing stipend begins through my agency as I travel for work; I usually request the third floor because it is the quietest level. Except for one occasion, which they apologized for. The staff is always friendly and respectful. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeepers constantly leave sweet notes! It’s been by far, the most enjoyable stay at any hotel I have ever had.

The Air conditioning unit tends to be noisy, but it’s not unbearable.

Bathroom wasn't very clean. Air vent had dust clumped up hanging from the vent. Shower head and toilet was a bit dirty.

It was the cleanest holiday inn I have ever stayed at, the night desk staff were so friendly, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Price was a little high for a holiday inn.

The hotel was good, especially the breakfast. But the service was exceptional. Booking.com messed up my reservation and made it impossible to check in, so the front desk staff made sure that I could still get a room -- and even gave me a cheaper rate than Booking.com did! So just go reserve a room directly from this hotel, and not through Booking.com unless you want to spend an hour trying to check in.

The breakfast was very good, with excellent staff working the breakfast area.

The daylight front desk clerk was not to knowledgeable about getting us registered when we arrived without the help of the district manager.
