The mid-sized refrigerator was the largest I've experienced at any hotel or Airbnb I've stayed at. Loved it, since everything in my large cooler fit easily in there (even my 8 ice packs). The room was rather small, but fine for my needs. The shower, however, was quite spacious. If you stay here, remember to turn the water on about 2 minutes before stepping into the shower to allow time for the water to warm. It gets quite hot once the hot water arrives. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, professional and helpful. There was also a great Italian restaurant (Bella Napoli on Green St. in Cumberland) that served me the largest lasagna I've ever ordered anywhere. It made two good meals. The staff there was wonderful also.

There is a side road running down the end of the property. Vehicles coming out of there sometimes gun their engines when making a left turn since they are turning onto a steep hill. Nothing the motel owners can do about that, but at least that noise doesn't happen hardly at all at night when it might affect sleeping.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at CLARYSVILLE Motel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service – every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options. The location was perfect – close to [local attractions/transport], yet peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I loved everything about my daughter and my stay. The price was very affordable. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the air/heat unit was amazing. I would have froze without it. TV was a decent size. We had a medium size refrigerator with an actual freezer. The beds were very comfortable and the cover was just right. Not too thick, not too thin. Very spacious shower. There is a small grocery section in the hotel office offering drinks, lunch meats, milk, cereal bread, ice cream and a huge freezer with all sorts of frozen food and TV dinners. An ease to make in the microwave in our room. They accept EBT and EBT cash, which was a blessing. When traffic dies down in the late night/ early morning, you can sit on one of the benches outside the room and listen to the wind blow through the forest across the road. Reminded me of the ocean. Check out was a breeze, key and remote in the drop box and off you go. There were no rowdy guest with loud music. Very peaceful. I will stay here every time I come to Maryland.

Breakfast was not part of the package. I brought my own food for breakfast during my stay at the motel.

Considering the price I paid for the room, there wasn't much not to like about my stay there in this Clarysville Motel. The water was hot for shower, the refrigerator was big enough for the food I brought with me; the coffee pot and microwave were brand new. There was also a stove. The owner brought out a pan, a pot, a plate and cooking utensils for me to cook. I was on a road trip to the western PA, and to the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville. I enjoyed my tirp there very much. Next year, I am planning on visiting western PA again, and I will definitely stay in Clarysville Motel...

The shower needs grips added it is slippery. The beds are a little too firm for our liking but were very nice and clean. The carpet needs a deep shampoo. It has a weird feeling and my feet and socks got dirty walking on it.

The owner was very friendly. Motel was surprisingly quiet given the location. We stayed in one of their older rooms. Excellent value, good sleep. The room next to ours had dogs that we didn't hear at all while in our room. They have a little store to purchase items you may need but have forgotten to bring. Microwave, full fridge, working stove and oven.

The room was older and could use a few minor repairs.

Very cheap and good location. The gentleman working was very nice and gave us a bigger room. Overall this is a standard 2 star motel so I can’t complain for the price.

The sheets come off the bed while you’re sleeping.

A very affordable motel that comes with everything you need. It also has an actual convenience store instead of some vending machines which is pretty nice.

The room is really compact, but enough for a stay.

Very nice friendly staff. I ride m.c. cross country every year and generally just need a room to sleep and shower. I usually show up late so I'm just looking for a comfy bed... The room(that I had) was small, but like I said I just need a bed so it was perfect. I try and choose non chain hotels that are on a lower level with the door by the parking to make loading and unloading my motorcycle easy and so I can keep an eye on it.
