Everything was great. Staff was kind and friendly

One morning we got to breakfast about 9:15 Am. Staff started to tear down breakfast and reminded us it was finished at 9:30. They actually got the vacuum out and stood it near us as if to hint they wanted us to leave. They also spoke LOUDLY across the dining room about getting there work done. This was totally inappropriate and unwelcoming. Other than that the other staff could not have been more accommodating.

The desk clerk was absolutely amazing. She helped me out, with both me being handicapped and my 86 year old mother.

Need a hook on back of bathroom door and some kind of coasterr even cardboard so we don't put bottles or cans on the nightstand.

It was pretty good but needed more juice like apple and orange juice maybe some gravy and potötoes how about some pancakes

The room was super clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast was very good and staff were really great. We've stayed there before and often stay there when we are skiing at Laurel Mountain.

We liked super friendly staff, cozy room, cleanliness and warmth after our days on skis on cold Seven Springs mountains. The decent breakfast was ready at 6:30 in the morning.

Everything was really very nice. I have a suggestion though that the breakfast sausages could be better or replaced by bacon 🥓.

I've stayed here a few times now. The staff are friendly and the hotel easy to get to , comfortable and close to the area I'm visiting.

Location was great and lots of parking space. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable

No outlets for our electronics! We both have many things needing charged at night, and had to unplug the clock to charge them!

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, no mold, thank you.

Need to add grab bars in tub. Hill/curvy drive had not been plowed or salted by 3:30 pm when we arrived. The gentleman at front desk said he couldn’t get up the drive when he arrived so had to park at the gas station around the corner and walk up.

The room was very clean. There were four pillows to choose from each with a different loft, which was excellent for picking out your preference. She spell crisp. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was very good with big picture. Windows overlooking your pool. Highly recommend this place. We will stay here again.

To my surprise the hotel was much better than I expected. The room was modern and clean . Lots of restaurants near by to walk to . It was overpriced for the area however but most were coming in around the same prices except for the dumps. I asked to checkout at noon instead of 11:00 and was granted . Much appreciated!!
