Beautiful facility, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast

In town for the 79th AAABA Tournament and on 8/3/24 tried to extend our stay by a day because my grandson's team was in (and won) the championship game. I watched as other teams/fans checked out after their loss, but was told they were "sold out" and couldn't extend my stay? The girl at the desk made no effort to help, nor showed any empathy for my situation, just a very matter of fact attitude. She was a real "stand out" in otherwise excellent interactions with other staff members. It seemed strangle that after waiting in line as others to check out, I couldn't get a room to stay. What was the plan if these others didn't check out early?

This is my go-to hotel in Richland (near Johnstown). It is reliably clean and comfortable. I enjoy the hot breakfast because I don't eat carbs. There's always an egg and protein offered (bacon or sausage). Their coffee is good. I think the hotel is very quiet and I like the firm beds with comfortable bedding. I like the restaurant next door called The Fifth. Had drinks and dinner one evening and walked back to hotel.

Have to figure out the window shade (not too hard) and the ac makes a slight whistle sound that I blocked out after a night.

Conveniently located, super clean. Front desk was always friendly and helpful, whoever was there. Room was quiet, clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was superb; lots of choices and again, clean and organized. Kitchen helper never stopped, always keeping things great. Close to gas, shopping and eateries.

The hotel was clean and my requests were met. The fitness center was clean and nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Some of the breakfast items could have been fresher and warmer

Everything was very nice and clean. Very large room with king bed. Very close to stores and restaurants. 15 mins from everywhere we wanted/ needed to be. Our 6 year old slept on the lounge chair/ sofa and was comfortable.

We were in room 302. It is located next to the house keeping room. They start the washing machine very early like 7am and it sounds like a helicopter is flying by. So change rooms if you get 302 and not wanting to get up early.

Fresh, clean, and quiet. Close restaurants with in walking distance.

Coffee was weak. Parking was on side of building or at least not near the front door.

I thought it was a very nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and that was an added bonus!

Very nice staff, updated rooms, wonderful breakfast selection + staff.

If I have to pick something, it'd be that the shower curtain doesn't stay in the tub well so water tends to get on the floor easily.

Breakfast was wonderful. It was fresh and and there were options for my kids. Something for everyone!
