The staff and faciility have met my expectations for the past six years. Annually, I travel from Ohio to Bedford on my way to New Jersey to go fishing with my brothers. Bedford is convenienly located at the halfway mark and Quality Inn has reliably provided me with a predictable comfortable welcoming place to stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. Plenty of channels are available to watch on TV. Each room has a small refrigerator and microwave. Bathrooms are nicely appointed with plenty of clean towels. The beds are comfortable with a variety of pillows to suit different needs. Staff members are friendly and enjoy helping to insure that my stay is great. Breakfast offers fresh coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogart, cereal, the makings for fresh waffles and a waffle maker, fruit (apples & bananas) and juices. Vending machines offer a variety of drinks, candy, chips and other treats.

The pandemic caused changes to some of the services I looked forward to in the first years. No warm cookies upon arrival.

I visit this Inn annually when I travel from Ohio to New Jersey to go fishing with my brothers. Bedford is just four hours from Ohio and New Jersey and is an ideal stopping place for a good nights rest. This is my fourth year visiting the Inn and each time is what I expect: a clean, safe, hospitable place to spend the night.

Covid brought changes. Cookies are no longer offered upon arrival and the breakfasts offer fewer items to eat, but I must admit that is not anything that is particularly important to me. I was pleased to get a fresh banana, apple, yogurt and hot coffee for breakfast.

Great for parking a car for free, RIGHT OFF the Highway if you are driving to Pittsburgh or Monroeville (where I was heading) and the bed room had two beds even though we only used one, shower was good and refreshing with squeeze bottles of shampoo and conditioner. And the breakfast had toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit etc. Basic but good with Juice, coffee etc. The staff was nice and was a very easy check in and out.

Nothing, price was great and the location was perfect driving from Jersey (4 hours) and having to get some sleep before driving 90 minutes more to Monroeville.

The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, giving the hotel an aura of small-town hospitality, even in this location, so close to the highway! No question was too small.. The room was sparkling clean, and breakfast was as good as any in a larger place!

The directions on my GPS app were a bit confusing: it had me driving *past* it, on the four-lane street out front, then turning around in a side street...though even in the daylight, I couldn't see why I couldn't have simply turned left into their entry. Not the hotel's fault, most likely, but odd!

Cleanliness. Nice staff. Good breakfast offering.

I had a small dog and was disappointed to learn AFTER I got there that the “pet rooms” had outside entrances. All other rooms were entered from the inside. I generally look for inside entrances and if I was traveling by myself I would have not stayed here had I known. Fortunately my husband was with me.

Very nice stay this was my second time there there were only two things I didn't like the beds are hard and the continental breakfast needs more variety But very clean and great service, friendly staff Over was a great value i n my opinion and probably stay there again

This location was so clean. Cleanest Quality Inn I’ve ever been to. Staff was super friendly too. We left something in the room and had to go back, staff was super helpful. We will be making the trip from OH to NJ now twice a year and will always be staying here.

Breakfast doesn’t have the automatic pancake maker. Lol. But that’s not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was adequate; the staff was excellent at keeping the area clean and well stocked. Need some protein (eggs, meat) included with what is offered. Also, Michele was wonderful - and I adored Quinn!

A fitness room would have been an added benefit. The are was not very conductive to longer walks/jogs outside, so I walked/jogged around the property and the Memorial Garden (which required me to cross a four-lane road).

Very friendly & helpful staff, they were super accommodating which is much appreciated traveling with an infant! Also, very good continental breakfast (incl. waffle iron to make fresh waffles!), spacious room and a good shower (incl. good water pressure).

Somewhat dated interior, but all very clean so no big deal

Very nice facility and exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. Locational was convenient to interstate as well as to the town of Bedford. Places to eat nearby, especially Hosses!

I don’t like accessing the room from the outside.
