Easy access to restaurants, & gas stations . Friendly & helpful staff! Nice breakfast items.

Very close to the PA Turnpike. Lots of noise’ construction. Our room had a desk chair no other chairs or tables! There was plenty of room for an easy chair & lamp-needed to eat, read, &/or relax. Had problems figuring out the tv iinstructions. Expensive for few amenities for what we paid.

Reservation cancellation was inquired, prior communication included verbal confirmation from a male representative. Detailed discussion, entailed charge stated as follows, definitely confirming implied cancellation related fee, "One night's charge." Acknowledging incurred unavoidable charge, I expressed expected callback later in the day. Debits occurred including two debits of $205 exactly. An email was received implying cash transaction, contradicting any debits confirmed prior.

Lobby coffee pot was always available. Breakfast bar was very good with different items to choose from, Location is excellent, accessible from the PA Turnpike, Interstate, US 220 & US 30.

Housekeeping was understaffed but did not pose any problems. When asked they were very helpful.

They upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost. Booking.com messed up my reservation by telling me I was booking a suite although they booked my family and me for a regular king room. Hampton Inn recognized this and made it right. That was very nice of them.

Very impressed with the staff. Front desk folks bent over backwards to help if we asked for anything. Breakfast was above average. Room was super clean.

Controlling the room temp was a challenge. It was either too warm or too chilly. We asked for extra blankets but got what looked like an extra bedspread. A piece of desk facing was loose and stuck out far enough that we had to try to avoid it.

Easy access right off the interstate, beds were very comfortable and breakfast buffet was amazing!!🤩

One thing for me - didn’t find out about the very unsafe state of the iron until late at night(couldn’t ask for a new one at that point).

The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The booking, check in and out process was very easy. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and it was quiet despite being a full house.

One of nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in. Very clean, beds comfy, large bathroom, plenty of space in room, has night light in bathroom which was great! Breakfast was great! General Manager was super nice as well as the rest of the staff. Very clean!

I thought the price per night was high especially for weekday. It's in Bedford which is in the middle of no where but it's right off the PA turnpike so I'm sure that's why.

The comfort and good facilities in the room. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant but busy.

Booking.com advertised that the hotel had an EV charger - they didn't. The hotel receptionist said they were not responsible for info on the booking.com site.

Very comfortable room! Great place to unwind after a long drive or a lot of sightseeing. Hot breakfast buffet offered early in the morning helped me start my day too.

Thermostat/climate control was a little hard to figure out when I wanted to adjust the temperature.
