Wonderful classy place. Everyone was smiling and very polite. Really a fantastic experience

We had a group of 12 people for our daughter s engagement party. Every thing was great unlill the parents of the groom to be went to leave and they spent 2 1/2 hours looking for her car keys at the valet. We had to drive them home and the keys were lost until 4 pm the next day. After such a great dinner this was so upsetting that we couldn’t remember the fun part. I hear this is not the first time or the 10 th time.

an amazing iconic gilded era hotel and property. excellent staff. nice facilities. good updates throughout but retains the style of the era it was built for.

sometimes tough to find things, like restroom, as it's a sprawling set of buildings that have been unified.

Beautiful location in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains with wonderful grounds and lots of activities onsite and nearby. Onsite dining options were varied and uniformly good, and the kids eat free promotion was a great value. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Loves the property the was breath taking and there were 2 weddings in at the same time . Lovely . My problem I had and haven’t resolved is that I had paid for my stay under booking.com however the credit card I had to leave on file for incidental’s was charged also for the room cost .

I arrived at night in December and this beautiful historic hotel was all lit up! They have a Tesla charging station and the Valet made sure my car was fully charged before I left. I had a very late dinner and early breakfast with room service and the staff and food were excellent. I enjoyed the many antique photographs that decked the walls. The town seems quaint with plenty to see and do. I only stayed one night because I was just passing through on a long road trip, but would like to stay again for a longer vacation with family.

The drains in my bathroom sink and tub were a bit slow, but everything was otherwise very clean.

Absolutely stunning hotel, steeped in history and wonderfully maintained. Luxurious without being pretentious and very welcoming. Grounds are beautifully kept with incredible views. The spa was divine.

Some of the restaurants were closed on the day we were there leaving menu choices elsewhere somewhat limiting.

The well kept grounds, the very nice pools and courteous staff, great places to enjoy the outdoors, opportunities to learn more about the history of the facility, the beautiful rooms with balconies and the many fun options and events available.

Did not see a restaurant that offered breakfast; unless we missed seeing it. Appears many are still learning about the history of the Bedford Inn and look forward to the museum being developed.

It's a beautiful location, weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to explore more. The Spa was beautiful - very comfortable and not crowded and everyone respected the quiet policy. The scent used was wonderful too and not over powering

The spa service itself was okay - the forest treatment - I thought it would be a leg and foot massage turned out to be just a foot massage and an okay one at that. The food was delicious but too salty.

This is a classic old "grand hotel" that continues to be refurbished and upgraded. It has a very relaxed charm evoking eras of the past. The common areas are well appointed and relaxed with many overstuffed chairs and sofas' The guest rooms are furnished with furniture that appears to be of past times.

There are not enough casual food services. There are too few restaurants, and the bar areas do not have enough seating. The food selection is limited.

It is beautiful. It reminds me of the titanic.

It is way too expensive for an average person to come and enjoy the beauty. I wish it was more affordable. We may never go back simply because it was outrageously expensive for two nights.
