Looks a little run down from the outside but lobby was updated and room was clean. You really cant beat the price when you’re passing through or just staying a night or two in the area. Bed was clean no signs of bugs and the room had a small refrigerator, desk, and chair. It’s rare for a true budget hotel to have breakfast at all so I wasn’t surprised to find they only had cereal and oatmeal. First room we got had a dead door lock so after the second attempt with new keys we were promptly moved to another room.

Could use some updating but overall wasn’t bad considering what you pay. Bathroom was clean but tub desperately needed to be recaulked. No overhead light in the room at all just two lamps but they worked pretty well and the room got good natural light if you don’t mind the window open. No plugs near the bed except one on the bedside lamp and the two USB ports were completely stripped so they didn’t work.

The room was spotless and breakfast was your basic continental one; pastries, cereal, milk, juice and coffee but was well stocked and the staff was courteous. Would definitely stay here again. A word of caution. There is no elevator to the second floor so if you have mobility issues, be sure to call the hotel directly to request a first floor room. If you have a pet, there is an additional $15.00 pet fee (cash only), due at check-in.

I wish there was an elevator as 2 of my family members had difficulty navigating the stairs.

Convenient location for C&O bikers. Close to grocery store. Comfortable, clean room.

Skip the breakfast and stock up at the store. Coffee, yes, but not much else to offer besides donuts, cold cereal, instant oatmeal packs. Some yogurt, juice, fruit would be nice.

Location was great. Needs better signs on highway for hotel. Breakfast was good.

The only thing we didn't like is there wasn't a coffee pot in the room. We are major coffee drinkers & we drink coffee well after 9am so we went out & bought one.

Clean, comfortable ,remodeled and everything worked.

Right on exit ramp. I heard Jake breaks 😳 of large trucks all night every night.

Quick and easy check-in. Parking was right out front. The staff were all friendly. It was a quick one night stay with late arrival so there's not much to say.

The "breakfast" was lacking. Perhaps a waffle maker or maybe a couple more choices would be a good idea. The food that was offered was good.

The room was comfortable.

The breakfast was not as advertised. Breakfast bars and oatmeal packages were available. There was no hot water to make the oatmeal.

Bed was nice, room as good sized. We checked in late at night and front desk person was very hepful and kind.

Nothing we only stayed like 6 hours, just driving through type thing.

I was glad we were able to keep the bikes in our room. No carpet which I think is great!

Breakfast was really not much! The fridge made a loud noise during the night!

I wanted to do the bicycle trail starting in Hancock and this location was perfect!

Driving up I was unsure where the office was! It could be more clearly appointed.
