It was peaceful and quiet there

It was filthy I took my shoes off and walked across the floor and could feel grit and dirt and looked at my foot and it was like I'd walked on coal. So I took a paper towel and wet it and wiped around the floor to look and see if it was my imagination nope it was filth and dirt I mean bad. I'm not a picky person but this was awful. Also said fully stocked like kitchenette area I don't know what they mean by fully stocked but there was there were no utensils or dish towels or anything if you wanted to cook something or eat something you had to bring your own stuff like knives forks that kind of thing

My brotĥer lives in Martinsburg and is nearing his end due to a fatal disease. Me and my family come often to this hotel, because it is close to his home. The visits with him can be upsetting somwtimes, but k owing im coming back to the same place where i am treated well helps alot. Sherry, in the bar remembers me everytime we come. That so means alot. She asks about my brother and my family, which is more important at a time like this than you know. I work in the Hotel business at a much larger scale, so i can only hope my lodge gives the same feeling to our guest as the Holiday Inn staff gives me and my family.

Not too much of anything

My brother lives in Martinsburg and has a fatal disease. My sisters and i visit a couple timea a year and this is where we stay and have stayed for the last 5-6 years. Its always pleasant and i dont want to stay anywhere else. All but this time has the staff always been very happy to see us and always welcoming. The front desk girl this time wasnt what i was use to. Maybe she was having a bad day. One time would not deter my future stays. I am in the hotel business myself working for Great Wolf Lodge, so i understand a bad day! Thank you Holiday Inn Martinsburg WV. Its nice to have a friendly place to go after an emotional day with my brother.

Front desk person not very pleasant. Not mean, but not the usual "Glad to see you personality"

Check in was a matter of me showing my license and in less than a minute we had our key cards and were on our way. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Even when they came in to tidy up the next day, they did a great job and the room really looked good. I was very happy with our stay. I prefer a Holiday inn as I've never had a bad experience, this time was no exception!

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. I was very pleased with our stay.

I visit quite often to this hotel. I visit my sick brother who lives in Martinsburg. I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn the time before this one, and it did not compare to the service I am use to at Hoiday Inn. I will never make that mistake again.

My favorite bartender Sherrie quit the week before I came to Holiday Inn.

The hotel was clean and the staff worked with us when we had an issue that came up just prior to check in. The indoor pool was a nice feature. The only thing negative I would say is there isn't a Continental breakfast because they have a full restaurant that you gave to pay additionally for. But overall fantastic place to stay

This facility gives you the best bang for your buck! It was very clean, staff was friendly, I enjoyed the drinks at the restaurant, and the pool was beautiful and very well maintained. It had EVERYTHING you could want out of a hotel!

How far my room was from the pool lol

Conveniently located near a variety of places to eat and stores. The parking lot is very well lit, I felt safe when having to take my dog out. Restaurant was bigger than I had pictured, we didn't get to eat there, but definitely will next time.

I was not given ant type of paper work or anything upon check in. I was inform that I will know the full cost at check out. I felt like I could have been handed something to prove that I had the right to been there.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The rooms were clean the swimming pool was great the restaurant food was amazing and so convenient to have it right in the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at your place

Everything was great there was nothing that we didn't like

My brother is sick and lives in Martinsburg. This hotel is close and comfortable and me and my family stay here everytime we come to visit him. This time i was with friends and they loved it as well..Thw stafff treats us amazing. I always walk through the door and say hey guys I'm home.

Breakfast buffet wasnt great. I do usually go out for breakfast, but this time i had breakfast buffet and only thi g that i wasnt impressed with. Ive had dinner there before and it was great.
