The hotel is really convenient because my work office is down the street on Conococheague. The rates are reasonable and the staff has been excellent. The evening desk agent, I am so sorry I keep forgetting his name, but he is an absolute gem. He sees you before you see him and he goes out of his way to see if there is any way he can be of assistance. It is rare to find someone who genuinely looks like they are just happy to be there and to help as he does. The ladies in the morning are wonderful too.

The reason I picked this particular hotel is because my daughter and I are displaced so most of my paychecks if not all go to paying for the room, leaving not much left for food and basic needs. It was advertised to have a two burner countertop stove but when I got here there was nothing of the sort. Front desk told me they were ordered but not all came in and they didn't want to put them in the rooms until all of them arrived. I ended up buying an electric skillet and a single burner to use

All of the staff were excellent with exception to the younger gentleman who works the audit shift. He just has a lazy approach to things compared to the others but he is friendly for sure. They all were very understanding of my personal situation. A couple of complaints regarding my daughter but it was handled professionally by all involved.

Nothing really. The manager is very on top of making sure things are getting done so there is nothing to really complain about.

It was convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We had a glitch with the heat in our room and she moved us with no issues

The room was recently redone and was better than I expected when I saw this hotel when I first arrived. My "suite" had a lg refrigerator and freezer. Fairly new mattress. It was very clean. Good price.

No breakfast. Kind of dated and dingy outside. Saw some garbage (small sized) walking across the grassed area. very weak coffee. Lobby entrance has a bit of musty smell which worried me about the rooms but my room was fine. Coffee very weak. No options for tea/cocoa for the non-coffee drinkers. Can hear the people above you (and possibly below depending on your floor). Wish you had some plastic "silverware" an some basics with the mini-kitchen.

The clerk that greeted us was super nice and helpful. The location was good. The shower had good water pressure. The AC worked great.

The rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. My uncle had some guys playing ball outside his window after midnight. He asked them to please stop so he could get some sleep. They told him to go back in and go to sleep. And he couldn’t call on the room phone to speak to the manager because the phone was just a prop - no plugs - just a phone sitting on the table.

The room had a horrible smell like old cigarettes. This is one of those places that rent by the week/month. I would not stay there again.
