Everything was clean and staff very friendly. Pool was open until 9 pm which gave us a great place to spend time together. Also had a little basketball court outside as well as a place to grill and hang out. Location near mall and many dining options.

Breakfast every morning, spacious room, hot water in showers great water pressure. Housekeeping did a great job of taking trash and providing toiletries. I also proposed to my girlfriend while there and the staff were very helpful to me. Oh she said YES!

The hot tub was dirty and smelled like an aquarium

The breakfast is one of the main reasons I stay here. Also, very quiet rooms and comfy bed. Room was clean and the shower had great water pressure though the door is a tight squeeze with the toilet.

Housekeeping staff were not present. Their policies have changed due to COVID-19 and the hotel didn't appear to have many guests on my floor, but bags of garbage sat outside of a neighboring room for the duration of my stay. Also, note that the only toiletries available are shampoo, conditioner, and mouthwash. They didn't have lotion, which surprised me.

Room was quiet and thermostat could be adjusted since I like it cold. Front staff was helpful especially when we got in on the 23rd tired and hungry but didn't want to go put again. She provided us with a list that grubhub delivers and the hotel gave us $10 off

We come every Oct and we try to stay here because of the two bedroom suite and we always had great time here. Staff is nice and place is so clean.

Property was clean, staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, and location was great! Room was very clean and bigger than expected.

Great Pet friendly place ( pet fee a little high per pet). Good selection of microwavable meals for purchase but lots of very restaurants nearby. Really comfortable sleeper sofa, too!!

The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival, and there weren't any towels in the pool area.

amenities and breakfast were excellent

suite has bathroom in the bedroom and not accessible to the LR without having to go into the bedroom. makes it awkward

The breakfast was good. The 4 teenage girls liked the pool. The 2 room suite was great for us adults and the girls.
