The hotel was very comfortable, clean. If we had any special requests, the staff was extremely helpful and polite. There is a pool and complimentary coffee/tea available anytime. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very spacious. There are different restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby within a walking distance.

My only serious criticism is about breakfast. All the cuttlery and plates/cups were disposable. Maybe it is an Amercian thing but, in Europe, we try to live greener. Besides, eating from a paper plate with plastic cuttlery at a three star hotel feels so weird. There were no fresh vegetables at berakfast, except for baked/fried potatoes, which is also a first for me, and I stay at hotels a lot (in Europe, though).

The room was newly renovated, including the mattresses and it was really very nice. Check in was quick and easy. Elevators were working. The carts are at the back door which was fine except you had to walk past the smokers. Ice machines on each floor was a plus. Overall, one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in. The hotel was full of young baseball players and their families and I thought it was going to be noisy but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet things were.

Entrance was a little confusing but that's where the building is so you have to figure it out.

We were travelling with a young child who got his finger stuck in a hard top to a sippy cup. James, at the front desk, quickly called maintenance and one of your techs (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) came immediately and gently cut the top off, releasing his finger. Becky was on hand with ice. Both James and Becky saw us at breakfast time and wanted to check on Donovan. Excellent service above and beyond.

I accidently left a shirt and my phone charger in the room...neither of which made it to lost & found.

The bathroom was very nice with glass sliding shower door, sink and toilet. The front desk person was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast is full of ultra processed foods. All of the silverware and dishes are disposable. I am very sorry that such an establishment does not include a dish washer and regular utensils. I hate to see such waste as plastic and paper utensils.

Staff: Returning from wintering in FL. Drove 626 miles day before. Trying to get bulky luggage cart past two housekeeping carts in hallway closest to where van parked. Two male staff popped out of Mechanicals door n could not have been more helpful. One moved carts out of way; other pushed damn luggage cart to exit. Then they asked if I’d like them to push to van. HUGE HELP.Says something about management too; they weren’t worried about it being a problem the had taken time to help from completion of task they’d been on their way to do.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of options. The western omelette and potatoes were delicious and had lots of flavor. It tasted like real food, not the typical breakfast buffet offerings. Coffee selection was good and strong. Everything was clean and convenient. I liked the desk in the room where I could work. Comfy office chair. Staff were friendly and professional. This place is a very good value and I would recommend.

I think most people appreciate a good cup of coffee. Fresh creamer is always better. Just having some eggs toast and a protein meat helps get the day started. Nice area to sit and eat. Plus it starts at 6 for us early birds thats necessary.

I was just there for the night but I like the overall cleanliness and layout is nice.

It was really clean. Staff were all pleasant and texted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Breakfast was great. We will definitely be back.

The only thing that could make this hotel any better would be an indoor pool. But it’s great without it.

The breakfast was adequate. I wish there were bigger cups for people who do not drink coffee and like juice instead of coffee. Also, I appreciated the "heads up" that there is remodeling going on and the time when it would start in the morning.

It would have been nice if there was a vegetarian choice for breakfast.

The hotel is currently under renovation but it was still super clean and the bed was really comfortable. A little bit of that new paint smell for sure but I couldn't tell inside the room. Will be staying here next time I take a road trip up to New England!
