The customer service was exceptional! They were very kind and accommodating to us having 3 little ones. Pool was a little cold, but nice! Best hotel stay we've had so far compared to other places. Good location, is right next to a mall for quick shopping needs, and not far from the places we planned to go to in MD. The trundle bed under the couch was fantastic! We didn't have to deal with pulling one out of a couch and figuring it out.

If we had to say something, it would probably be the fridge was so cold that it froze our water and milk in just about 8 hours, no matter the setting, haha! But, other than that, nothing we didn't like.

It was in a perfect location. Just a stopover on our trip home. Staff was great. Especially the lady in charge of the breakfast. She was working really hard, hustling, but very kind and helpful to customers.

We had a suite and the shape of the room was a little weird. Wish the room had a keurig instead of the coffee maker it had. Mattress wasn’t great.

Nice to have a pre made breakfast sandwich in the kitchen. Nice kitchen staff, provided me with a yogurt after the kitchen closed. Should consider longer hours for breakfast serving due to some people sleep a little later due to traveling.

Asked for a bottle of water to take medication and was told only if you are a member. I feel a bottle of water should be provided when asked by a guest. Not sure what it takes to become a member in order to get a free bottle of water.

Friendly efficient staff and a pleasant room

No spa. I chose this location based on the availability of a spa/hot tub and geographical location to C&O bike trail head. Apparently a recent renovation that removed the spa feature was not updated on the website where I filtered my search options. Spa signage was still in the elevator. I never like rooms where the tv is set at an angle to the sleeping area and the seating area. It simply does not serve either area well.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast, nice amenities, great location. I will stay here again when I go to Hagerstown to visit my family!

I thought it was a little pricier than I would expect for Hagerstown, but ultimately it was worth what I spent because the stay was great!

Modern clean and comfortable We only stayed for 1 night basically a place to sleep for the night. Didn't have time to use the pool or gym. Breakfast was adequate for this type of hotel scrambled eggs, bacon. Mini spinach fritattas, hot oatmeal bar, cereal selection. Bakery items with coffee & juices I would stay here again

The room was comfortable. I liked the option of purchasing microwavable meals to eat in my room. Parking was good.

Sound of traffic was very loud in my room, Hilton hotels on a similar level provide moisturising lotion, would be good for Marriott to follow suit.

Breakfast was alright. It could have been better but realized that prepackaged and limited items were due to the virus. Staff was helpful and very friendly. We liked that we had access to fitness and laundry during our 3 weeks stay due to waiting to get into our new home.

We felt that housekeeping could have cleaned more than surface cleaning i.e. clearing trash, making beds, refilling toilet paper). We expected things to be wiped down, tubs and toilets cleaned, mirrors cleaned and counter tops sprayed and wiped down. We also did not like that we had to go to the front desk every time to get change for laundry. We would of preferred a coin machine to take dollars in exchange for coins.

very clean and nice and upscale! everything worked and was brand new looking!

the maids literally tried to break in at 9am and we had the latch shut so they banged the door open and shut Like 5 times! when we left at 11 which was check out, there was a man maid waiting for us who gave us a dirty look and went instantly into the room to clean it. other than this- it was great! even gave us 2 AAA batteries which we needed.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The pool area looked like a tornado hit it after people or unsupported kids just thrown down the hotel pool towels everywhere. breakfast was okay, they ran out of syrup 15 mins after breakfast started and did not have anymore and ran out of toppings for the oatmeal. Our room was beside the interstate and it was noisy, no fault of the hotel… just be aware.
