Welcoming, friendly service, great location.

This was my second stay within a month, in two different Courtyard Marriott locations (the other in Norfolk, Virginia), where the bathrooms were not clean when I checked in. I considered the first one to be a fluke. But at my recent stay it was evident it had not been cleaned… their was hair and soap residue on the floor, fecal matter splattered around the rim of the inner toilet seat as well as urine stains on and under the toilet seat. Thankfully, front desk staff was great and handled it immediately, however, I was left with a feeling that if the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, were my sheets or anything else in the room cleaned?! It was an uneasy feeling, I’m not sure I want to pay to give Marriott a third chance to get it wrong.

The beds were to hard for me, I have RA and fibromyalgia. Also one pillow case had slobber ring from previous occupant. I didn’t notice it till after I laid my head on it. Gross No good channel selection on TV . It would have been nice to have at least one coffee pack for each day of stay. I had to call to get more and a selection of flavored creamers would have been nice in the empty fridge which I did use to put my medication in, which I needed, thanks

We were visiting a relative for a week, we loved the little "apartment" set up. The separate area for the mini kitchen, desk and sofa made this visit very comfortable. We specifically tried to find a place or a VBRO that had a "kitchen" with a refrigerator. This Springhill Suites had it all, plus it was a lot closer to Homewood Nursing Home.

The ONLY thing I would suggest is to make this a NON SMOKING FACILITY to include the front door area. Thank heavens all the inside of the hotel is NON SMOKING, but if you are allergic to smoke the way I am, you can't even risk walking by folks smoking. There were often 3- 4 people smoking right at the front door. Not cool. We had no other way to get in the hotel.

The hotel room and staff were great. Our flight had been delayed and cancelled so we needed a place to lay over. We were exhausted and frustrated and got to the hotel late and the desk agent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get us in our room, relaxed and recharged.

The hotel was decorated so nicely. The main area was warm and inviting with a fire pit just outside. Even though I didn't have time to go outside and enjoy it, I certainly wanted to. My room was lovely. The blackout curtains were perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were great, and the linens were crisp and clean.

The bathroom door in room seemed to close real load like when it latched shut made loud sound but that’s not a problem or anything just something I thought I’d let u all know

It had available parking during arrival, elevator access, had options to look up YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon prime considering I don’t watch cable tv.

The middle Elevator would close than open again and close a second time before taking us up to our floor. Nothing major, but it freighted my partner since she’s already not a big fan of taking elevators.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel in general was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean. Great location, would recommend and will stay there next time we are in Hagerstown.

The location was great and only about a 10 minute drive into town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Everything was great rooms was clean and Hugh. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi were very maintained. Close to mall and restaurants. Really calming atmosphere.
