We arrived late. The staff was very nice. The check in was easy. We had a reservation so it was even easier. The price of the room is reasonable. They allow pets. There are stores near by. It's quiet even near a busy road. I would recommend this place for any traveling.

I didn't like that we arrived so late. Around midnight. A little coffee maker in the room would be nice but there is coffee in the office area. I would recommend more pillows.

It was easy to check in. It's close to stores and restaurants. It is close to the road but it was quiet. The staff was nice. The room was clean.

Not enough pillows. The beds had a metal bottom (like a cover so you couldn't see under the bed) that made noise every time you got on the bed.

This is my third trip to the Hagerstown area and the 3rd time I ended up at this Travelodge due to disastrous accommodations booked elsewhere. It is always clean. I can smell just a hint bleach in the linens and the towels. I like that they have no carpet in the rooms, so I don't have to worry about allergens trapped in the rugs. They have a decent size refrigerator and microwave. The beds are firm, but comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite.

I can't say there is nothing I didn't like. I can say it is a bit sparse when it comes to the extra amenities and the water closet is a bit tight. So, don't look for a blow dryer and coffee maker in your room. That being said, those things don't matter to me. I never use them anyway. The worst I can say is there is only one chair in the room and they needed to replace the weather stripping around the door. Both of which are not a deal breaker for me.

They couldn't have done anything better everything was perfect or stay for the weekend was wonderful and the front desk man was very helpful when our TV wasn't working he came and fixed it right away.

Easy access off the highway for a night stopover. Pleasant staff at the front desk. Nice clean room!

We liked the location as it was half way to our destination to North Carolina. We found everything we needed and had a peaceful stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for a halfway stop in our travels. Directly off the main highway. The room was clean and comfortable.

The AC was running a bit slow

It is clean and quiet. The rooms have been updated and the carpet has been replaced with vinyl flooring, which upstairs the sanitary factor for me. Staff is always polite.
