The breakfast, was one of the best we've experienced, the location was perfect for us and totally met the reason for this trip. The hotel is close to highway which made travel really nice. The staff front desk and breakfast staff, and all staffwe ran into were friendly, professional and some of the kindest people.

Nothing really. My only, I guess complaint, the body wash in the shower wouldn't come out 🤪 but fortunately I had packed a bar of soap so no worries.

The breakfast was great, price was affordable, location was good, happiest though that the workout room was clean and all the equipment worked. The door stuck, had to get someone to open the door for me, they should fix that, but the place was great and for the workout room to be in such good condition, to me spoke volumes about the care they take.

The tv didn't have a guide feature :-).

Bathroom counter sink kept filling up with water and it was slow to drain. - Plumbing issue Also, toilet bowl still had streaks of stuff in there - Cleaning issue Bed sheet had spots of food oil in it - Cleaning issue. All of these are minor issues and easy fixes. Nothing major for us other the bathroom counter taking longer to drain

The breakfast was great! Even up until 8:45 there were plenty of delicious, well-stocked options. The hotel is very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. The bathroom was nice/clean and everything was in working order. All staff members were very helpful and accommodating. I've stayed a lot of places and this was an extremely nice hotel for the price. Thank you to the staff and hotel manager for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

I couldn't change the setting on the shower head to a softer setting and there were no tissues. Very minor things.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! And I was grateful that they started breakfast at 6 am, because my daughter needed to be at the softball field by 6:45, so it gave us plenty of time to eat and commute.

Our key cards were giving us problems, but ultimately, that problem was resolved (quickly and easily!)

Everything was wonderful

I booked on Booking and for some reason my booking wasn't on their computer. The lady at the front desk was convinced I didn't make a reservation, she had to go into her back up system and look for my reservation and surprise it was found. I was a little frustrated because I had gut feeling I was going to be charged 2 times and when we returned home I was. It took talking to the manager and my credit card to get it reversed.

Excellent breakfast. Desk clerks were incredibly friendly and genuinely concerned that my needs were met. I received a message shortly after checking in asking if the room was satisfactory. Never had a hotel do that before.

The elevator was hot and stuffy and smelled funky!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We had paid considerably more for the two other hotels on our trip north, yet this hotel was by far the best one. Everything was great except the fact it's a few miles from the main highway. That said, we're very glad we stayed here. Cute town, nice Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel and all in a very picturesque location.

The only drawback was a minor one, and that's the hotel's location a few miles away from the main highway.

Friendly staff, nice location in a small town. Convenient to McDonald’s, restaurant across road and gas stations. Easy access to expressway. Best part was breakfast with lotsa warm choices like biscuits & gravy, omelette, pancakes, cinnamon rolls etc!

Not the hotels faulty….stinky marajuana smell in the hallway. Room and building is dated looking.

Location is great, very close to snow resort! I would definitely stay there next time I come.

The loud air condition, it was too loud to me. And where I need to choose between staying warm or sound, I decided to wear more but turn off the air condition.
