We were warmly greeted at reception and informed of all included comforts. The room was clean and conveniently located. There were two elevator cars which were more than sufficient. It was nice to find a "white noise machine" on the bedside table, as my wife and I routinely use one. The breakfast buffet was in a smaller area, but staff were constantly freshening everything. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone passing through.

This wasn't so much a problem with the hotel, but there were likely dairy farms in the area and depending on the time of day and direction of the breeze, the smell outside was palpable. Luckily, once inside the hotel the smell wasn't noticeable at all.

The front lobby was welcoming (decked out for Christmas and a hot cocoa bar). The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast options were very good (bacon, egg omelette, home fries, make-your-own waffles, baked items, cereals, etc). The pool area was clean and my kids went swimming often because the temp was warm. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. We were on the 2nd floor, pool side, with a King and sofa pull out. Would highly recommend (we were a family of 5).

The card key stopped working but the front desk was prompt with taking care of that.

Breakfast was great, rooms were really comfortable and clean, swimming pool was ok, nice option to spend the night while travelling with the family.

Everything was ok, but there was a weird incident when we arrived. I made the check in with the Hilton app, directed me to my room and when my daughter entered the room first, there was a man sleeping there... I understand it was a mistake of the system or anything and the staff said that I was correct and that was supposed to be my room, so guessing that guest got the room by mistake but I was still able to open the door and so was him... at the end nothing was too serious, as he was sleeping, another story would have been if he was taking a shower or walking naked in the room...

We usually stay at a different local hotel, but have now stayed at the Hampton Inn twice. It has a nice assortment of breakfast options, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathrooms, a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station, and friendly and helpful staff. My husband now says he prefers the Hampton Inn as our primary layover choice when driving up the east coast.

There was a lack of communication between the hotel and the third party site that we used to book our room, which meant that I had to call repeatedly to make sure that our reservation details were correct. Ultimately, the correction was made, but there was confusion up until the day of our stay. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or the website's.

This was my 4th time staying at this location in one month's time. The access to I-81 is perfect and the location of the hotel is away from the main road but easy to get to stores, restaurants and other venues. We feel safe staying at this hotel that is why we chose it whenever we take a trip. Another plus is if you forget to pack your shampoo, conditioner and body wash (like I did) no need to worry they have them there for you and they are hypoallergenic! I am very sensitive to bath products and their products were gentle on my skin. Too bad they did sell it in their store.

I would like to suggest that in their hotel store they could sell laundry detergent other than Tide. If they want to use Tide products they should see if they could also get Tide Free for those who can not use the harsh product.

Everyone was so friendly, good breakfast, fresh fruit was amazing!

The noise from the highway was unexpected, I'd have picked another hotel had I known this ahead of time. Literally sounds like an 18 wheeler is going to drive through your room while you're trying to sleep. The noise canceling machine on top of my fan should have been enough and yet we both were jolted awake many times by the sound.

The staff at the front desk & during the breakfast hours were amazing they had a smile & they were very kind and sweet to my two girls & I. We were traveling home from NY just my kids & myself and we felt safe & the kindness from the location and the staff. Other hotels we have stayed at did not compare to this staff, thank you for being kind, happy and friendly!

We wish the pool was a little warmer, we still did swim but it didn't feel very heated

Larger Tv than other Hampton inn’s in Buckystown - Hagerstown that one is nasty!! And another one near there was nasty. Thank God we found this one!!!!!

Toilet to short for adults- room 107. People with any kind of spine issue needs taller toilet..

The breakfast was excellent, and because of a local road race, it started early on Saturday morning. We always choose this location because it is close to family.

I missed the travel bags that staff would prepare for our long trip back home. However, we grabbed a couple things at breakfast to compensate.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good also but the most amazing thing was the employees. There was always a good morning a hello or is there something we can help you with? Great value great property. Highly recommend!!
