Great reception staff. Excellent room. Clean and very comfortable beds. The receptionist gladly changed our room to the first floor and showed me both the queen room and the double queen room to choose from. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Referred us to the Bistro 11 for Dinner. Fabulous restaurant elegant and affordable. Such a relaxing time after horrendous and stressful 12 hr drive through blinding rain. Very clean bathroom with all toiletries and towels. Brilliant white bed linens and one of the most comfortable beds in all our hotel stays. Continental breakfast included waffles. Clean and bright and airy reception and breakfast area. Will definitely be back next year on our trip back from the south.

Toilet too close too low for our arthritic joints. But the receptionist said they were doing a major remodel and that will be addressed.

Location was perfect, right off the highway. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet. Great price, I would stay here again.

Everything was very nice. But the traffic sounds from rt 81 was a little overwhelming

Location, cleanliness

Hot water was just warm, not hot enough for a shower. Air conditioner blew right across the bed so it had to be blocked with a piece of clothing.

Rooms were very clean. I left a tip for Mary who cleans the rooms. She does a very good job.

I never got my Deposit back on my card so I’m not sure if I will get it back soon or not.

Bag breakfast was missing yogurt, or some other dairy product. Room was clean. Elevators worked well, and checkout was efficient. Shower pressure was pleasant and had enough hot water.

Drain in bathroom sink was very, very slow. The management only permitted ONE, specific named adult to sign entrance paperwork, and not the adult's spouse. This was highly unusual. No hot breakfast items were available, not even coffee!
