Everything was great, but the little couch in the room had a few little stains and the desk was a little wobbly. Other than that it was good. The evening clerk who checked us in was super accommodating. We booked online and their pet floor was full by the time we got there so they gave us another room and didn't turn us away. The pizza place attached to the hotel was amazing. I recommend the wings and any of the calzones!

The morning clerk was not very pleasant. I went down for breakfast and asked about printing something for work as there was a printer in the lobby and she looked at me as though I was an idiot (I believe asking permission to use something when you don't know if you can is the courteous thing to do). Then when I checked out I asked for a printed receipt. I was told they aren't allowed to do that. I informed her I needed it for tax purposes as I travel for work. She did print it but when I went to ask about the total (same as what booking charged me) I was told this was why they do not give out receipts. She just was not very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was great. I loved the juice machine, I was excited that I could mix apple and cranberry juice. Lots of other selection for breakfast foods too. The little home fry potatoes were delicious. The room was quiet and the a/c worked perfectly.

I would have liked a banana, but it was not a big deal, there were apples and oranges. I would have liked a to go cereal too, but there was definitely cereal, and I think to go containers if I felt that strongly that I needed it.

I was in the Greencastle area because of a family funeral. I asked the counter young lady[begins with a C I think] if I could possibly have at least 6 extra folding chairs for my guests that are out of town. She said ok and as I was going to my room shortly after she was there with the extra chairs. This took a load of worry off my mind on where am I going to seat these guests In the Lobby she asked if everything is OK

I found it difficult to see when I made coffee. No light over that area. I had to pull out the coffee tray out over the edge of the shelf, I thought that this could cause a possible safety issue?

Breakfast was very good

The room could have been more sound proof. the room nest to ours had their TV very loud until 1AM, so we couldnt sleep well. And the room above us had children running around in the room, which we could hear until midnight.

Very clean, staff was nice. Traveled for my daughters softball tournament. Close to the fields. Great location. Easy to find, and provided coupon for dinner to pizza place next door.

Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express PLUS exceptional service and consideration. The front desk staff are exceptional. The hot breakfast was available ahead of 6:30, so that I could make my morning meeting. Real fried eggs. Premium dairy products.

It has been recently updated and felt fresh and new. Friendly staff, extremely clean and we appreciated the well set-up and maintained free breakfast. We also took advantage of the 10% off coupon for the attached restaurant

Great location right off the interstate, great pizza/italian restaurant connected and you get a coupon for it with your hotel key, very clean rooms with walk in shower available, and a great breakfast, great room rate

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Great property, especially considering we were traveling with our dog. Nice room with tiled floor so no “left behind” odors for my dog to investigate. Easy access to nice sized dog area. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the hotel, staff was wonderful and hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious and staff helpful in breakfast room, front desk friendly and helpful.

How much booking.com charged when hotel price was not as expensive.
