Fresh, clean, thoughtful of my comfort, providing fresh water bottles and cookies for incoming guests. near restaurants and other services , shops, good fast food . Close enough to the highway, excellent heated indoor pool and seperate gym. Breakfast with real cutlery and dishes instead of the usual cheap paper and plastic. Loved the window coverings letting the light in and keeping privacy, and the second cover for total darkness at night without collecting dust on fabric curtains. Excellent idea. I hope the window covering system becomes available for private homes as well. Very thoughtfully providing loaner snow scraper for clients cars going out in the morning .

Didn’t like that I could not lock the sliding bathroom door that kept being ajar 1 “. I need my privacy ! Even from my own family when in the bathroom.

We had an excellent stay! Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. The rooms were beautiful and had plenty of room for us. Staff was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The kids loved the pool and gym. Breakfast was great! We would stay again and again!

I didn't really like the pocket door for the bathroom but it is a great space saver, so that's not really a complaint lol

The hotel and the room were very clean and very well appointed. There was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. We had a small kitchen with a sink, dishes, silverware and a good sized fridge in the room. The room doors are slow close, so there wasn’t a problem with slamming doors, and we slept well. The staff was wonderful, and we will definitely stay here again.

THE STAFF! Everyone is super available to help and friendly. Make us feel good upon arrival and throughout the stay. CLEANING! Both the room and the common areas of the hotel are always well clean and the housekeaping staff is very friendly - it was a surprise that linens and bathroom linens had a very nice fresh wash smell

The room provided everything you would normally need. Mini kitchen, microwave with exhaust, full size fridge..very nice.

The breakfast(complimentary) didn't have the buffet style set up(bacon, sausages, potatoes) where you choose what you want. It had pre made fast food type breakfast sandwiches and plates. I'm avoiding carbs, so I skipped their breakfast and went to a diner.

How I got double charged for the roof. Once by booking and once by the hotel, all because I choose to check in through the Hilton app. Do not do this. There is a glitch in the hotel software that does this. The front desk was able to take care of it, but it was shocking and stressful until then.

The friendliness of staff at front desk was remarkable, the hotel itself was very clean the room was very comfortable . Would definitely return!

The breastfast for the most part was good, I enjoyed the waffle very much, would have been nice to have option of some bacon or sausage. The eggs and egg sandwich area was not too good, my husband said they didn’t taste fresh and weren’t barely warm.

Breakfast was good. Location good. Walking distance to Walmart and eating places very close. Plenty of space in the room and having a fridge freezer was very helpful. Bed comfortable. Very quiet area, first hotel I have been to that I actually slept well. Everyone very friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel next time we visit Martinsburg and will use Home2 Suites in the future for other locations if possible. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location, “real oatmeal” for breakfast as well as above avg breakfast selections. Front desk staff friendly, helpful, genuine. Could see where family of 4 could stay with full refrigerator, dishes for 4, dishwasher, and microwave. Ok cable TV would be only minor comment.

Wonderful facility, everyone that worked at this hotel was nice, kind, thoughtful, foreword thinking, and worked incredibly hard to make our stay the best possible. Super clean room, passed the blacklight test.
