Walkable from Amtrak train. Clean facility. Good lighting, clean beds. Plenty of outlets.

Work with town to make a sidewalk so others can walk from train station to this hotel so that if the trains do not run, they still have a safe place to sleep and eat late at night or early in the morning. Cars driving forward at full speed ignoring pedestrians can kill a person walking especially if the crosswalk signals don't work on the way over.

We were made very welcomed from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Without question, our check in person was very polite and, made our sleeping accommodations more manageable by hearing to our needs.

I had asked for extra towels for all of our rooms before confirming the reservations. Once at the hotel, I asked again and was kindly told that someone would deliver them, if they were not already in the room. I checked the room, no extra towels, the next day before starting my day I came across the housekeeping manager and I proceeded to ask again about the towels. Needless to say, I was met with unfriendly responses; however, upon returning to my room the towels were there for my room only. My fellow family members decided to make do with the towels that they had. Even though we did not have such a simple request met, over all our stay was restful, peaceful and blessed.

The facilities for both rooms were clean and near the elevators which was nice. The beds were comfortable and nice added touch with the ice water and cookies in the lobby. Parking was good too and nice location.

The only downside was my toilet was a little shaky. might need to have it tightened to the floor. But other than that all was excellent.

Location and breakfast were ok, the room was spotless.

The tv would not work. When we called the front desk, she said unplug the back and plug back in. There were probably six or more items plugged in all over the back, so we didn’t bother. Would have been nice to watch the news and weather in the morning. Oh well.

My partner slipped and fell in the tub . The surface was very slippery . He does have a sore back as a result . Suggestion to have mat or something that prevents slips

There was a lot to choose from for breakfast, we enjoyed it...real food. The staff from housekeeping to the front was very friendly and helpful in regards to telling us of the eateries, attractions and shopping.

The only thing we found annoying, not taking away from the stay, was the noise from the semi-trucks traffic on the busy freeway. Once we did drift off to sleep, we were okay. When it was bedtime, the floor we were on was quiet.

It was too far from where we're planning to go.When I booked with you All it said I was so many feet from our planned destination of Cass West Virginia.We had to drive 4 hours to get there!

Clean, updated spaces. Our room smelled fresh. It was comfortable and spacious. I loved having 2 television options. This hotel is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in while visiting the area.... and we have stayed in many. Thankful for the complimentary fruit, cookies, and lemon water provided in the lobby 24/7.

It was a great location on the beach, we enjoyed the view.

We were in room 221, and it was right next to laundry, and the stairs to the beach, we could feel the heat from the dryer. The stairs were right in front of our balcony, so everyone using the stairs and hose were right there in front of us🤬

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was nice.
