The location was great and everything you need is close by. The staff was amazing and the facility was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The website stated there was an indoor and outdoor pool. We were excited about it especially knowing it was going to rain and we needed our two yr old grandchild to get some energy out after a long car ride. When we arrived they said there was only an outdoor pool. It wasn’t much of a big deal but would’ve been nice.

Location, comfortable bed

Breakfast was terrible. No hot eggs of any kind, no hard boiled eggs, orange juice wasn't filled until 45 min after opening, no fruit of any kind, items weren't filled when empty . The worst breakfast I've ever encountered at any hotels I've stayed at. Coffee and hot water in the lobby were cold after 6 pm. Sliding door for bathroom did not allow for privacy.

Easy to get to your location. I was in a great area of town lots of restaurants and things to do around the area . Room was clean. Had a hot breakfast..

I had a room with a walk-in shower. Which was nice that I didn’t have to step over a tub I like that. The only problem is that you couldn’t turn the shower on without standing in it first and of course you get nothing but cold water in your face. The glass did not open where the Spicket was so that way you could turn the shower on let the water get warm and then enter the shower, that was my only problem they need to put in sliding doors.

The pool was a very uncomfortable experience for me and my husband as guest. It appeared other guest invited non- guest to attend the pool with them and both families with their outside guest took over the pool with their floaties and noodles for hours. We could not swim or enjoy the pool.

We like the location because it’s close to where our family lives. Convenience to stores and restaurants, quiet, clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is always good.

There was only a small maintenance problem with the bathroom sink but I reported it to the front desk and they told me it would be taken care of.

staff was friendly good communication. Room was as I had expected, clean , well maintained, Hampton has always met my expectations. They are consistent in all of their locations. Super convienient to good eateries.

Room had a lot of highway noise in it. It was on the 5th floor, due to the location next to the interstate. Bathroom floor was dangerously slippery after a shower, had to place a towel on the floor to keep from falling.

Located in a large shopping mall next to I81. Not greatest location to get in & out of though.

After we checked in, we were getting really to sleep & some other guests opened our door !! Front desk messed up big time. Would not stay here again because of that. And frig was not cold at all.

The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast included was very good as well it was it good selection of food and it was hot food as well. The location was very good close to Walmart and Starbucks and other stores. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Kajuan, who runs breakfast, helped us organize our trip, entertained us while we ate, and refilled his breakfast all at the same time. We'd come back another year just to see if he was still working with you. The reception staff were also wonderful

Your elevators have mirrors, which I found glaring. We make this visit annually. Your hotel is almost always our choice

The location is really good. The hotel is close to a lot of things you may ask for.

It was only one person taking care of breakfast. He tried to do his best, but I think it would be better if he had someone helping him, especially if the hotel had been fully booked.
