I needed to get a copy of something on my laptop, so I went to the front office when it was nice and quiet. The manager was very helpful and said he could do that for me. Just then people started to come in and the phone kept ringing. It took about 20 minutes with all the interruptions, but he was persistent and gave me two nice copies. Although I never went for breakfast, the set-up they had there looked better than most these days. All employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful.

I never really could get HOT water in the shower, but it was warm enough.

Very nice room, everything worked, decent breakfast with some hot items to choose from. Was a little afraid the location might be noisy, but that did not turn out to be the case at all.

Probably not his fault, but the check in person was very overwhelmed and not too polite (and was loud) to people on the phone within hearing of others of us waiting to check in. I will say he was perfectly polite to us and was efficient. Different person when we checked out the next morning was polite and cheerful.

Room/bath very clean. Staff very friendly and courteous. Great Price for a three-night stay. Less than 5 miles from Harpers Ferry, but Charles Town has much to offer, as well. Computer in lobby area. Washer/Dryer nearby. Tea/Coffee Service, microwave, nice fridge/freezer, television in Room. And the breakfast buffet is fantastic!!!! Do not be put off by the landscaping; this is a great place. Free shuttle to nearby places.

I’m a housekeeper myself, and I wasn’t thrilled with the cleanliness of my room.. tub had soap scum and hair, hair in bathroom floor, sink had been wiped but not clean, tissues were empty, body wash was empty in the shower, room smelled musty. Beds were clean but not real comfortable. All in all it was a quick stay for what we needed.

The woman who checked us in was great.

We stayed here for a concert at the casino. When we checked in we were told the hotel had a bus service for their guests. We go down to the van the desk clerk told us her manager cancelled the service because they were calling for a little snow. First the casino is right down the street so we didn't mind driving but the clerk told everyone she would be using the van. Her manager should have said something earlier. At the casino this hotel was the only one that stopped service that night.

The continental breakfast was awesome. I am a type two diabetic, and they had items for breakfast for everyone. Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and gravy, Fresh apples and oranges and flavored yogurt as well as waffles, Bagels and toast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

I loved everything about my stay at the Wyndham Days inn. The location is great, the price is always Great, The staff was polite and very professional as always. The Breakfast was Good. Anytime my husband and I travel to West Virginia,, We stay at the Days inn by Wyndham.. We love this place so much 👍

There was nothing I didn't like

The staff was honestly my favorite thing about my stay!! They made us feel welcome and accommodated before we even arrived at the location. Once we got there we felt even more welcome because they were ready to greet us with smiles and friendly jokes! I also really like the fact that they allowed pets because I was there for a special rabbit show and my rabbits have to be with me the whole time so I needed a room that they could stay in. This perk is honestly the reason why we chose this location because we were having trouble finding any other location close to where we needed to be that would accept pets like this location. I also very much enjoyed the fact that it was literally a hop, skip, and a jump away from the casino. If you visit this location make sure to tell Chuck, Moriah and Charlene , The rabbit ladies, say hi 😊😊

I think the only thing I didn't like about this location was that there were not really any areas that had ramps available to ease the transport of heavy objects. It was very tricky to carry rabbit cages down the stairs when they block my complete view of where my feet go. Other than that anything else I didn't like isn't really contributed to the hotel it's more contributed to disrespectful neighbors above us and besides us.

Everything was super nice and clean . The younger male clerk was soooo friendly on the phone and in person. Very personable. ( Lady at front desk on the last morning was grumpy ) the shuttle driver was awesome and bubbling with personality. The head of housekeeping ( I think ), a sweet older woman always had a smile in the mornings when I walked in. She greeted everyone with her lovely personable ways. Breakfast was pretty great for continental! I was surprised . Besides the cranky one - our stay was absolutely perfect. 10/10 recommend!

One of the front desk on our last morning was kinda rude . I just told her we were checking out and she looked agitated I even came to tell her .

Comfortable rooms w exterior doors motel type that worked for us and our dog Although full for holiday weekend it was quiet and safe Staff was great and breakfast awesome Convenient location Charles town is a small pretty town w all modern conveniences

No pool but it is an expensive facility to add
