The room was well thought out. Bed away from ac unit and TV positioned so you could sit in lounge sofa or in bed and see it.Amenities were very good. The location was also good with a Sheetz next door, a McDonalds across the street and a small shopping mall right across from it in walking distance. Building was very well insulated as you heard very little noise. Breakfast was very good. Eggs, pork sausage or bacon, home fries were main choices. Pancake maker and bagels were also available as was cereal. Yogurt and fresh fruit was also there. All in all I am surprised this place was only listed as a 3 star hotel. I would rate it at 5.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Place was perfect distance from Harper’s Ferry with a decent price. My stay was wonderful upon arrival. Easy to find, immediate friendly and welcoming staff, place was clean in the lobby, common areas, and rooms. A/C worked well. Near restaurants, gas, and grocery store.

Only disappointment was the free breakfast. Grabbed a prepackaged yogurt and coffee. Yogurt tasted a little old & coffee was cold.

The facility is very new and perfectly clean. Debbie at the desk went above and beyond to help us with a reservation. Breakfast had hot foods, about what you'd expect from a hot hotel breakfast.

The coffee was really not worth drinking. Both the coffee served at breakfast and the Keurig in the room were poor.

Hotel was in great condition, staff was extremely friendly and professional, great location close to everything we wanted to do and had access to anything we could have needed during our stay. Breakfast was great. An all around awesome value for the price!

This place is shiny and new. Everything is fresh and clean, the beds are comfortable. The location is great - It is just up the road from Harpers Ferry and there is a grocery store and a convenience store within a block of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

This place was more expensive than I like - but it was very nice.

Absolutely loved the location, a grocery store and gas station within walking distance and plenty of eateries nearby. Staff was very friendly. Although we missed breakfast the hotel was super clean and we actually looked forward to trying it out.

The only thing we had a minor issue with, was the shower doors. They just wouldn't seem to stay shut, unless there was some trick to it that we couldn't figure out. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Facility so clean and up to date . Whole facility and room very clean and above average . Staff were exceptional and very customer friendly. Breakfast was beyond my expectations . You guys have it right . Kevin Dolan

The Staff is excellent especially the breakfast person and Elvis at Front Desk.

They need better lighting outside as at night it’s hard to find hotel as it’s part of an office park. It was very scary for me as a single woman traveling at night and navigator takes one to office part vs hotel and you can’t see well back here

Lovely and clean, the staff really made the trip, nothing was too much and they were always lovely and helpful, my daughter loved chatting with them and they always listened to her 4 year old chatter.

The hotel staff are very pleasant! Our room was beautiful and clean. We love the hot breakfast every morning. The hotel is comfortable and peaceful. If you need something, the front desk is very accommodating. I love this place!

I love everything. I'm looking forward to begin receiving points for future visits.
