The breakfast was exceptionally good. The location was close to several malls and gas stations. The room was clean and had all that we needed. The stuff was polite, kind and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We booked the room for the family of five and the room had two queen beds and one sofa-bed. However, the room didn't have the bedding for the sofa bed. Also, we found QR code to leave the tips for the cleaning stuff. What we didn't experience at all is the cleaning of the room. So, why do you ask for the tips for the service you never do? I found that strange.

Everything and everyone there. Staff was fantastic very friendly. The hotel very always clean, quiet, comfortable everywhere. The indoor pool was heated. They always have a pot of coffee, or hot water for the hot cocoa and tea persons. Breakfast was a great start to the day. We love the suite we stayed in and the maid service persons were fantastic. Big plus is the kitchenette in the room.

The breakfast was not good. Most of the items were pre-packaged, low quality and not tasty.

I was not happy with dogs being allowed in the rooms. Even though they did not bother us with noise, it impacts the cleanliness of the rugs and the room in general. With the maid service so infrequent, it definitely creates cleanliness issues.

Good location - out of the way and quiet but close to a strip mall and the Interstate. Breakfast was good, love having a larger refrigerator and dishes and dishwasher. We had housekeeping service every other day. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I would like to see a detachable sprayer in the shower.

The rooms were big and spacious with a kitchenette. The breakfast offerings were great. I loved the yogurt bar toppings.

Our rooms were close to the lobby, so it was a tiny bit noisy. The biscuits were a bit hard, and the egg patty kinda bland. We didn't have much time before we had to leave, but next time, I would heat it up in my room microwave.

Big room… pet friendly… free breakfast… friendly knowledge staff… guests were nice… close enough but far enough away from downtown Frederick. Highly recommend!

Maybe a stain or two on the floor but it’s a room where pets stay. Stuff happens but make sure to clean the rooms and or change carpets

We needed a place to stay after a long flight from Europe and Home2 fit the bill. I was the Friday after Thanksgiving, but the staff was cheerful and the accommodations were clean and comfy. We were only there for a few hours and took off after breakfast.

Nothing to really say here because the hotel was all that we needed for our stay overnight.

Breakfast is phenomenal. Great choices. Great variety. Delicious. Warm. Well organized. Everything you need right where you can easily find it. Bed is uber comfortable. Kitchen is well-stocked. Storage is more than adequate. Room is clean and of a good size.

Breakfast was average hotel food - just what you would expect, but the plates and silverware were all empty and in need of being replenished.

The shower was very unsatisfactory - nearly no pressure at all. That's the only problem we had with an otherwise very nice room.

Breakfast was good. A scrambled egg and bacon offering was only thing missing.

A couple of stink bugs were in our room. Traveling with females made this an issue. I asserted my manliness in dispatching said bugs to their eternal slumber, but this did not pay dividends.
