It was clean and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The location is good, the access to parking was not as convenient. The parking lot stayed congested because of the entertainment in the shared spaces. The layout of the property outside needs adjusting.

Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Facility and room was very clean, and I watched them mopping the lobby floors and elevator twice in less than 24 hours! Breakfast was healthy and delicious, a complete meal provided.

Obviously would have liked a better price, but honestly nothing to complain about. Who wouldn't want to pay less for anything, right?! The only actual issue I noticed was the lack of parking due to construction of the roads, but that is not the hotel's fault. Just grab a spot where you can and don't leave unless you have to.

Very nice hotel employees front desk worker the night guy and the morning time guy are just the best! Also the lady who’s there at 3pm she’s awesome. Great people great team.

There was nothing to not like about it! The stay and service was just great!

We missed breakfast. Even though I thought breakfast was still being served, it was all packed up. There were many people still sitting in the breakfast area eating and talking

Not applicable. We were very pleased. There was hot water and coffee available in the lobby but I would have preferred cold water also.

The location was great for us. Our room was comfortable and a good size.

Some facilities (bathroom fixtures, carpets) could use upgrades. Our bathroom had an old tub with rust spots from the grab bar and failing caulking. The hairdryer was old and kept overheating.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and the main road to our lacrosse games. Top Golf being next door was fantastic and gave us something to do at night. The front desk staff was very friendly and super helpful.

A seating area outside would be nice for groups to gather. The parking lot was really tight, but I'm guessing much of that on Saturday night was from the mexican restaurant.

All hotel was to our needs loved the staff and amineitys.

Room was good until toilet overflowed. Staff was quick to respond by bringing more towels. However, they failed to pick up the already wet towels on the floor or mop up the excess water on the floor.

Parking is difficult on the weekends because a large number of restaurants share the same parking lot. The Breakfast was ok, not great, and the same thing was offered each morning.

Very clean! Rooms were immaculate with a moderate decor. TV was bigger than expected.

We didn’t get room service after the first day of our stay.
