I worked from the hotel remotely without issue, full time daylight hours - no disruptions in WiFi or by noise/staff. The front desk staff were great, and the cleaning staff fully respected our request for privacy so our cat would remain unbothered. We also used the fridge and microwave every day, all worked perfectly. We were able to schedule the rooms literally on the way to the hotel from across the street when we had an issue at our original lodging.

The bed was much too hard, the pillows were so soft they gave almost no support. The drink machine was out of order, but it was clearly marked. Our room was next to a security door, which would have been great; except that the key card worked very inconsistently.

Having seen so many TV commercials about the breakfasts at these hotels I expected the same type of breakfast. At this Comfort Inn, the milk for the cereal came out of a little box (with a straw) as opposed to a pitcher; it was not make-your-own waffles but frozen ones; there was no fruit (apples, oranges or bananas). I did like that there was yogurt and I did like the bread, muffins and bagels were all individually wrapped and not just laying in a drawer. Decent breakfast but not displayed nor same products as one sees on the television ads.

Fresh fruit and milk in a pitcher would have been nice. The waffles were frozen (put in a toaster) but nothing other than syrup to put on them.

The breakfast was basic, but you're not paying top rate for the room, so it's all right. Good location, comfortable bed. When I checked out, I accidentally left behind some clothes in the closet. I was able to go back to the hotel, and the cleaning crew had been kind enough to put the items in a bag, and took the bag to the reception. When I talked to the nice gentleman at the reception, he handed me the bag right away. Thank you very much, everyone!!!

I liked the friendly staff and how clean everything is. I'm glad I wasn't near any dogs

I wish the bathtub was updated enough there isn't mold on the ceiling and in the caulk. I wish I would feel good to have a bath there. Someone's dogs dropped blood all down the hall and out to the parking lot. At least I assume it was a dog who came in season. The staff cleaned it up after I let them know.

Considering post pandemic, the sandwiches are good and quick plus they added waffles and yogurt and pastries so there is enough to choose from. It's a very short distance from my daughter's home, so it's very convenient.

Being 80+, a bar on the wall outside the tub would make it easier to get in and out. I hate to admit it, but I need help climbing in and out. Also, the mattress on the bed I slept on, (first one) is sagging. I also saw 2 ants in the bathroom. Since the pandemic, I don't use housekeeping and wipe down everything when I arrive. It's not a complaint, just a new reality. I also don't have to put toiletries away, so it's more convenient.

The facility is very clean, bathroom well stocked, good water pressure in shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast open till 10am, nice for those who like to sleep in. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Convenient and safe location with many stores and restaurants near by. I truly enjoyed my stay.

it was close to the retirement facility we were helping our sister move into. The room was very comfortable with the amenities we were looking for (a/c, coffee, fridge, microwave) and the shower was wonderful.

The pool wasn't very conducive for a workout, but we didn't have a whole lot of time for that anyway, the fitness room was fine.

The property was clean and cozy. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

There were some water stains on the carpets, which wouldn’t have bothered me until I found my room to smell of mildew or mold. It was coming from the sink and the A/C I think. Mold causes health problems and should be taken seriously.

Location and facilities were very good.

detergent used in sheets made me itch, and I had to cover the pillow as the perfumed smell made me wheeze. The milk in the breakfast room was 12 days out of date and curdled when I tried to warm it to put in my coffee.

Breakfast was ok. Waffles and frozen croissants with sausage eggs and cheese, cereal, danish. Area was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean.

Coffee could have been better and bigger cups provided . Heat AC unit was very noisy, sounded bad when coming on. Did sleep ok.
