I recently stayed at Townplace Suites and was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near many businesses and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel offers ample, well-lit parking, which made arriving and leaving a breeze. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh and tasty options, which was a great way to start the day. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Overall, my experience at Townplace Suites was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Friendly staff, comfort

No housekeeping. Dirty/wet towels piled in bathroom. I had to make bed every morning and go down for fresh towels.

The hotel was easy to get on & off the interstate and was located in an area with lots of dining choices.

The check-in was VERY SLOW, even though I had prepaid for our stay. Checkout was again slow. The receipt they printed for me was for less than I was charged (and paid) on Booking.com They also zapped my credit card for $150 for "incidentals," which they told me upon checkout that didn't have any.

Waffles! Fire pit! Pool table. Board games and .more available from front desk. Plenty to keep kiddos busy. Pool hours Accessable room close to elevator and where activities located. Room and amenities good.

Tables to eat at for breakfast were dirty. I had wipes to clean my own. One lady not friendly from kitchen. Needed to keep hot foods supplied.

Checked in super early in the morning after leaving a disgusting hotel. enjoyed the stay here much better. Beautiful, clean room. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and cozy. There's a great fire pit outside to enjoy on cool summer nights.

Lots of eatieries, mini malls, and a cinema within the vicinity. I loved walking into my room and being met with a very nice smell!

@ times it seemed like no one was at the front desk to purchase from their snack area.

Wasn’t able to have breakfast it was not open at 6:30am. For a week day stay many folks leave early so offering something for free and not having available is not helpful for the customer.

Location was very central - near everything but still quiet

Pet fee is a little steep compared to other similar hotels
