I adored my front desk attendant, Keke (I think I got her name right). She was friendly, helpful, and made my stay even more comfortable than expected😊 I watched her interact with others before me, and she just made people feel "at home", which is hard at a hotel/motel environment.

Everything was fine

Front desk was wonderful. They called to confirm & update my reservation. We arrived late, the front desk was closed but they were super friendly & made it easy to check in.

Carpet in room was sticky and the furniture was practically falling apart.

The property was super clean. Everyone is always nice every time I’m in town. This is where I go. Anything I need to make sure we are taken care of.

If anybody says they don’t like this properly, I think we need to question that person because I’m pretty sure they didn’t have a problem with anything at this property.

Nice but not 100% accessible for deaf people which I meant is doorbell, fire alarm light flashing in the room and in halls. Phone in the room not accessible for deaf people

Cost and overall cleanliness and conditions. Cleaner than I expected except for the roach. Lady at front desk very nice and pleasant.

Found a cock roach. Remote control for TV "icky" No ice machine on premises. Was told to make ice in freezer in fridge in room, but ice takes hours to make.

I love that they offer coffee all day. The Lobby always look so nice. The staff are all very nice, professional and helpful.

It was clean and as advertised.

Our room was next to a room with loud children and loud parents and barking dog.

The facility was easily found and away from the busy roads.
