I love the location and community where the hotel is. A very quiet place, clean and receptive people and staffs; the receptionists I met on shift the day I got there. She was friendly and respectful.

Everything was good except for the bed. I feel uncomfortable with the bed all through because it was not soft at all. It didn’t meet my expectation and comfort! It’s my hope that the management of the hotel will work on it because if a person travel especially long distance, he/she needs to sleep in a bed that will help them sleep better due to its softness and comfort.

We thought the room was very comfortable. The beds and linens were fine as well as the shower water pressure. The room was very clean and the reception area was relaxing.

It said breakfast was until 10:00 a.m. but we arrived at 9:30 there weren't anymore eggs and the staff was clearing and cleaning up. Other people were arriving even later than we and all they could scavenge was dry cereal and a few yogurts that were lukewarm. Even the apples felt as if they had been in the refrigerator for days and when I bit into one it was mushy. A very disappointing breakfast. That said, a woman staff members offered to make us more eggs. She was just very kind woman.

The meals were very nice. The staff was acceptable. There were lots of available food at breakfast and was displayed so nice. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will return again.

I didn't like the way the showers were setup. After your showers the floor was wet. You had to use towels to dry up the water. There was poor drains in this area.

I was told that since I booked with a 3rd party . Booking.com, that I would not earn points for the visit. Also, we could not separate the rooms by payment. We were told we had to use the cars that held it to pay for everything because we used a 3rd party to book the rooms.

It was convenient to the highway

When I checked in I requested foam pillows instead of feather pillows. The women who checked me in informed me that she was the housekeeping manager and she had never heard of foam pillows. She was very rude and almost nasty about it. Other than that, the stay was good

Breakfast was nice, but no bacon. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. It appeared the hotel had been remodeled. Staff was very friendly.

There was not a fresh roll of toilet paper in the room. There were two rolls with less than 25% on each. Since I didn't have the room cleaned, I had to track down housekeeping for a new roll before I left.

I would like to thank Sunny, one of the staff. She was very kind and welcoming to us. My daughter really enjoyed talking with her. She made our trip even nicer.

Breakfast was just what we needed, but not any more than that. I appreciated the great laundry facilities. A little tricky to get into, but a nice Walgreena right next door.

Signs indicated that laundry items - soap and dryer sheets - could be found at the front desk, but they were out and also didn't have change for the machines, so I had to go next door to Walgreens.

Wonderful hotel with a great location and superior personnel. Breakfast great, all necessary amenities…

Absolutely nothing..

This hotel was very clean , the rooms were awesome, beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent . Hotel staff were friendly too. Only thing that was bad was the water pressure in the shower .

Water pressure in the shower was horrible , a man can’t even wash his horse shoe hair.
