Everything and everyone there. Staff was fantastic very friendly. The hotel very always clean, quiet, comfortable everywhere. The indoor pool was heated. They always have a pot of coffee, or hot water for the hot cocoa and tea persons. Breakfast was a great start to the day. We love the suite we stayed in and the maid service persons were fantastic. Big plus is the kitchenette in the room.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We needed a place to stay after a long flight from Europe and Home2 fit the bill. I was the Friday after Thanksgiving, but the staff was cheerful and the accommodations were clean and comfy. We were only there for a few hours and took off after breakfast.

Nothing to really say here because the hotel was all that we needed for our stay overnight.

Breakfast was good. A scrambled egg and bacon offering was only thing missing.

A couple of stink bugs were in our room. Traveling with females made this an issue. I asserted my manliness in dispatching said bugs to their eternal slumber, but this did not pay dividends.

The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The location was also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby.

There wasn’t anything significant I didn’t like; everything met expectations.

The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of storage space and appreciated the kitchenette with large fridge and freezer. The location isn't scenic, but the view from our side of the hotel was actually really nice. It was 10-15 minutes from historic Frederick which was convenient without paying for something right in town.

The bed was very uncomfortable -- one side of the mattress dipped down and felt like the padding had worn away. The pocket door on the bathroom didn't close fully, which was a bit awkward. Also, when we checked in the person at the front desk told us breakfast was 7-10am. They neglected to tell us it ends at 9am on weekdays so we missed breakfast by a couple minutes on our last day which was frustrating.

I love the pool! The water was nice and warm. It was the perfect temperature! Definitely a big thumbs up! Very clean everyone was so kind!

There’s nothing that I didn’t love about the property. Everything was just perfect!

The breakfast wa good with a lot of choices but it end at 9am during the week. It's early. The pool was vers Nice. The bed was vers comfy but the pillow was too soft. The room is big With everything that we need. The Wi-Fi could be better. It's à quiet place With à lot of restaurants around. And what about the staff. They were very appreciated and kindness.

Clean and very accessible- very accommodating rooms and facilities. Beth at reception has been wonderful both times we have stayed.. thank you again for your amazing customer service, very kindly appreciated!
