For the most part the room was clean. There was a hair on the shower wall and on the toilet seat when we first arrived that I had to clean off.

The breakfast was horrible! Firstly there weren’t enough options. The boiled eggs were nasty and the pancake syrup did not taste good so we didn’t eat our waffles or the eggs. The breakfast sandwiches only had pork on them and they weren’t good. There should have been scrambled eggs and breakfast meats that included turkey or chicken options. I struggled to find something to eat and was therefore still hungry after leaving breakfast. We were very disappointed with the selection and the taste of the food.

This was easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room was fantastic, very clean, and they even had free waters/fruit for guests in the lobby. Personally, I've never been to another hotel that actually offers cold bottled water for free. There was even a free shuttle to the casino and back until 2am. We will stay here every single time we come to Charlestown.

Nothing really. I can't think of anything that we could complain about.

Room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Full kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, full set of dishware and utensils. Office chair comfortable. Bathroom very bright and spotless. Breakfast was very good! TV was standard hotel fare; TV was LG, which is in my opinion the best brand out there. TV service is provided by Dish satellite, which I am not a fan of, but the service was good. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff mostly, location

The hotel needs some attention on keep up with the property. Small things, that can become big. Also, outside cleaning of cigarette buds.

Our trip was for New Year’s Eve, and it was a great trip. The staff was amazing and was quick to help me out. The shuttle drivers were just amazing as well. This was not our first time staying at this hotel. And when we come back to West Virginia, we will stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was above and beyond any other hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very spacious and clean.

The bed was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise when getting in and out of it.

Breakfast was very good.. it was hot and very fresh.

I wish the hours for breakfast could be from7-10 am on weekdays as well. I am a late person so waking up before 9am is kind of hard.

Everything but most of all, the fact that they allow our service dog without a lot of questions unlike other hotels we’ve been to. And the front manager gave us a free night because of some miscommunication. We thought it was very kind of her. Because of this, we stayed in the same hotel chain in another state but nothing compared to this location! Exceptionally clean and the way they serve breakfast how it was already wrapped I thought was ingenius and super sanitary! It should be done in other locations I suggest.:-)

We love everything!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And the staff was exceptional. The breakfast lady was so nice and helpful. My sister and I enjoyed our conversation with her very much.

Enjoyed friendliness of the staff, clean and open foyer, laundry facilities, location. Close to work and amenities, and the kitchenette facilities in the room. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

Not much that I did not like. The first time they didn't have soap to purchase for the laundry, but they did the 2nd time I stayed. Nothing else to complain about otherwise. Everything else was good.
