The rooms were clean and comfy. It smelled clean. Kristyn (?) Checked me out after my stay and when I mentioned the stay was "alright" (not in a bad way) she immediately wanted to help if she could make it better. Exceptional customer service and I loved her helpful attitude and kind demeanor. All the front desk staff were kind. The elevators were clean. The mini fridge was clean and the microwave was clean/had the plate in it. The pool was warm & upkept.

Breakfast wasn't included with the booking through the website. For $150/night I feel like it shouldn't have been 15/person extra. But, dunkin is nearby and so it wasn't too much of a bummer.

We liked this Hilton so much that we extended our stay. All of the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Also, delicious food and drinks at the restaurant and bar. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Gym was great too! The location is a short drive to Harper's Ferry and Hollywood Casino. This was an unforgettable get away on a long road trip!

$50/day added to stay for additional costs. Didn’t know that was gonna happen, even though I was told it would get credited for anything that wasn’t used. Felt it was presumptuous. Cost of breakfast on the sign said $12.00, but menu reflected $12.50. When I asked for clarification, the waitress said the sign was written wrong. Ok, but the next day, it reflected the same information. The sign wasn’t changed. Misleading.

Convenient location, very clean and modern, super comfy beds and bedding. There is a convenient 'mini-mart' in the lobby which is great for snacks and a beer or 2 to take up to your room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was quite bland but there are plenty of other options nearby.

The whole place was clean and people were so very kind..no one looked down at you ..tx messages from front desk making sure every thing was good 😊 if need anything I loved that.

Maybe 🤔 keep hot coffee out at nights as some people just coming in might like coffee or anyone still up at 2am might want some.

If I had an issue for example our comforter had blood spots on it and didn't realize. (Not from us) they gave me new bedding. A lady was mean to the kids in the pool area. They stepped in when they heard about it. I'm ready to come back already. The lady for house keeping was amazing also. Super friendly.

The ants by the pool. But the lady took care of them. Other than that it was good

Clean Food from restaurant was very good.

No breakfast with stay. Had to pay for breakfast. My husband fell in the bath//tub combination due to very slippery condition. Not a very comforting decor. Too modern designer style with Cold atmosphere. Had to warn the afternoon staff member about puddle of water on the floor from pool area in front of reception desk…it was a danger. His reply …oh guess I should put a sign there.

One of the best hotels i have stayed. It's close to family that live in the area. Also we stayed there before when we attended a wedding close by. We will stay again in the future.

Breakfast was delicious. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast. Both delicious and staff were very attentive.

Construction very hard to get to property

I wish I could remember the name of the desk clerk who checked us it, but he was wonderful. He gave us suggestions for food and local things to do. Also, check in and out was so easy.

Really, everything was great. I can’t add to that.
