The location was a little outside of town (so you would need a car for sure to get here) and away from the main road (which was a good thing). That made road noise non existent! The breakfast was ok. The coffee from machine they have was actually pretty good!! The beds were faily comfortable. The hotel lobby reception agent "Dolores" was super!!

The rooms lacked sound proof insulation. I could hear the next doors fan (heat/AC) going ALL night and some people talking/arguing? & the exterior doors slam if you dont hold them to close (the hinges need to be loosened)waking me up very early! Or you can put a note on the doors to hold them before shutting? The breakfast, which other people raved about was all premade reheated from frozen nothing fresh about it! Not even the mini egg omlet!

We always stay here when we travel to Berkeley Springs. We love the employees, they are so wonderful, nice and helpful! The hotel is in a good spot, off the main road with a wonderful restaurant next door. Comfortable beds.

I usually have nothing to say about something I don't like at this hotel. But this stay was different, the lighting in our room was bad we had to take the lamp shades off to see our book. Also the neighbors upstairs were so noisy(we've NEVER had this problem before). Not sure what they were doing but it seemed like they were up all night.

The staff at shore stay Best Western was absolutely phenomenal! Amanda went over and beyond our whole stay and made us all feel at ease and very comfortable! It was my granddaughter's 7th birthday and Amanda allowed us to all be together in the kitchenette for her birthday celebration, which I thought was absolutely amazing that she extended the offer! The staff was courteous and caring! Would definitely recommend and stay in this hotel in the future

For the most part, we enjoyed everything and all the staff and the people we met. Breakfast was very good and coffee or tea 24/7 is nice. Great pool with great hours!

Only the things that you had no control of. That would be the fact of trying to find anything to eat because it's in the middle of nowhere which I understand. It would be great if the businesses owners in Berkeley Springs would realize that there are many motorcycle enthusiasts who come through and there are many of us that do not drink but are looking for a bite to eat especially after 10:00 p.m.. Maybe pass along to the local businesses to see about keeping some of their bars and the hours of their food open later just to help accommodate. We love bringing money into the places where we stay. It's just what people who ride do! Looking forward to being able to come again next year!

How clean the room was and how pleasant the staff were.

We had requested a King Bedroom and didn't pay attention to the fact that it had a "Roll-In" Shower, obviously for handicap purposes. The set-up in the shower made it impractical for normal use as the shower head faced out into the rest of the bathroom area, the water spray would hit the shower curtain and leak (with pressure) out into the bathroom floor and made the floor dangerously slippery. We had to place towels on the floor for safety. I spoke to the front desk and offered the suggestion of installing a shower wand holder at one end or the other of the stall to allow for a "normal" use experience of the shower and to lower the danger of the slippery floor. They were very grateful for the suggestion.

The breakfast was one of the nicest I have ever experienced at a hotel. The staff behaved friendly but professional. Our every need was happily met.

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. It needs fresh paint and new caulking in the showers. The curtains could use an additional inner curtain for daytime privacy when open. This is especially needed on the parking side of the building.

We absolutely love SureStay. This is our 4th stay, and we always have a lovely time. The staff is helpful and kind (Doris is our fave), our room is always clean and comfortable. This time, for my birthday, we got the King suites with the jacuzzi tub....fantastic. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing in this chill weather.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile. The room was very clean and so spacious! The hot breakfast was good! The pool was nice. Overall, it was a good value.

We could hear the occupants of the room above us walking around and making noise late into the night and in the early morning. The doors to the rooms were on springs so they slammed shut...and this was a frequent occurrence. There was a terrible smell our second night. I think someone burned something in their microwave...but the smell penetrated the entire hotel.

We absolutely love this hotel. We stay here every time we go to Berkeley Springs. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. BUT the best thing with this hotel is the employees!! So friendly and helpful!! Always have a smile and something nice to say. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

The only complaint I have is the lighting, we had to take the shades off the lamps to get more light.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. It has a feel of independent hotel. I stay there whenever I come to Berkeley Springs. There is a good restaurant across the parking. The spa is just a 10 min drive. Hotel has a swimming pool. There is free coffee and tea available around the clock. I like breakfasts - the are simple but nice. The price is adequate
