This is probably the best hotel in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. It seems that the type of customers who attracted to this location are quiet, courteous, and more or less focused on whatever reason they are visiting the area for. The area itself is very busy, and is clearly a commercial hub of the greater area. The surrounding regions are open and beautiful. This is a great place to stay either if you're on the way somewhere else, or if you're in the location for whatever reason there is to be there.

I'm a realist. Nothing is perfect. Anyone can nit pick items that are wrong with any place, including 5 star accommodations. There is nothing seriously worth complaining about. If pushed... maybe I would say the TV's could use modernizing. But I didn't visit the location to sit around and watch TV. It was fine for the nights I was there.

The front desk staff during check-in and check-out were fabulous. They could not have been more friendly!! The room was quite nice. The breakfast was delicious. All of this made my overnight stay welcoming, which was important to me considering I was in town for a family funeral. Keep up the excellent work!

Loved having a king-sized bed all to myself - no husband, no dogs. But, it was hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress, but this went beyond my liking. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. All in all, these inconveniences were not so much to make me not want to stay again.

Carrie at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. My husband had a conference call and was in the breakfast lounge area . At the time of the call, a number of guests entered the area as their bus had broken down. As we had already checked out, she gave us the room key back so he could take his call in privacy. Thank you!

The pool area was a huge surprise!!! The heated salt water pool and hot tub were three times the size of a normal hotel pool. The area was clean, the pool was warm with deep and shallow ends, there were even led lights changing colors while we swam and relaxed. My entire family was so impressed!

The breakfast offered a lot of variety compared to most hotels nowadays. They even have a conveyer belt pancake maker, which was interesting. The pancakes unfortunately weren’t that great, though. The beds were quite comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again!

The room looked like it could maybe use cosmetic updates. The carpet was ugly and outdated, though not horribly so.

Beautiful; Knowing it would be great place for sleep and we were very weary. We needed two beds and we got that. Comfortable! Quiet hotel esp late at night It came with a hot breakfast. Meds for tummy ache available.

Wasn’t told that we could get a hot coffee or herbal tea 24/7 inside breakfast area. Gladly found out about this on my own.

I was able to have a ground floor room and allowed to bring my racing bicycle, worth several thousand dollars, into my room. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd been traveling for approximately 10 days, staying in various hotel/motels. This was the best experience and facility of the trip.

The price wasn't too bad, but $15 to $20 lower would have been better. But, it's not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was great, first time seeing the automatic pancake machine since they were put in layup during the pandemic.

not really the hotels fault, but I wish there were a few more dining options in Breezwood, and possibly at the the hotel itself.

The staff was exceptional, as was the facility itself. It was so clean ! The water pressure in the shower was great ! The food was really good ! Even the other guests were friendly! This is a first time stay at a HIE. I will definitely look into this chain again when traveling. Thank you !

A good selection for the breakfast. Also location of hotel was great. Everything was close by that we like (Bob Evans, Black and Gold Headquarters, gas stations).

Price is a bit more than we're used to paying but the hotel we used to stay at in Breezewood is gone and we wanted to stay at a hotel with good ratings. We have already booked again for 2 vacation trips next year.
