Breakfast was really good. Free Wi-Fi was awesome. The location has gorgeous views. The little older lady that runs the breakfast area was so sweet & nice. Everything was clean. Beds...comfortable! :) Loved the lotion conveniently located on the wall near the sink. Used it constantly.

Our friends were on the bottom floor and not as thrilled, as the truckers ran their trucks outside the entire night. We were on the 3rd floor. The only suggestions we have is: (1) turn up the water pressure a little in the shower (2) your rooms smell like latex paint which is icky. We ran out and got a room freshener and clipped it on the ac unit. (3) Stock more pillows & blankets. When we asked for extra, we were handed 1 pillow and told that was all they could spare. (4) The elevator might need a tune-up.

I enjoy the helpful staff I felt that they cared that I had a great experience and stay I’m disabled and I travel with a service animal and they understood my needs and the staff was extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay and I made a mistake with my booking and the staff helped me get it fixed and they were very supportive with me.the property has a very nice grounds and I never had any problems with parking.

Nothing is wrong with this property I have stayed here every single time I come to Cumberland to visit my grandkids and I plan to continue to stay here.

It was comfortable and fairly clean with a convenient location.

Something was splashed up the wall from a spill and wasn’t cleaned and the molding around the bathroom could use replacing. Every vending machine on every floor was out of order. We were told we could have a late checkout for 1 pm however staff started knocking on door at 12:05 and calling again after we told them we had a late checkout. So the last hour was constantly interrupted

The directions for the address took us to an entirely different business/wedding venue about a mile down the road. When we finally figured it out- after MULTIPLE times up and down that road and down the highway- the actual entrance to the property was not easy to find. While there is a small sign at the light there, it is easily missed. And if you miss it- you are right back on the highway with no exit for a while in the opposite direction! It was also disappointing to find that pet owners seem to have made little to no effort to clean up behind their pets. It might help if there were a bag dispenser outside near the pavilion or that side door.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The temperature control was modern and effective. Overall it was a very pleasant sleep for the night. The breakfast attendant was so kind and brought out sprinkles for our daughter's waffles. The breakfast has so many options: something for everyone, with an impressive array of condiments.

There was never anyone at the front desk. This is a true disservice to such a lovely hotel. We had several instances during our stay where we waited 20 or more minutes for a front desk clerk. Another older couple had dropped their room key where they couldn't reach it in their car and waited a very long time locked out of their room. This lack of front desk staff led to the lower review.

We were impressed with how nice the room was & how delicious the breakfast was. The staff was friendly & helpful. I dropped my earring down the drain, so they moved us to another room so the water wouldn't be used so they could retrieve it. We were checking out the next morning, but their maintenance staff retrieved it and Craig called me with the good news & he promptly mailed it to me. Now that's customer service!!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We came to hotel after riding the “Polar Express” with our two young grandchildren. This was their first time staying at a hotel. They enjoyed using the swimming pool. Unfortunately they wanted to go home, so we didn’t sleep in room. We checked out approximately 5 hours after arriving.

no ice machine on our floor (second), floor around pool was dangerously slippery when wet, road noise came through windows. fortunately traffic died down on Friday night, not Saturday night. Room air conditioner very noisy - room 201

Very nice room, specifically required hand rails in bath/shower and was so accommodated. Very pleased with the breakfast, quality and variety. Loved the 24 hour coffee.

Bathroom floor was dirty. After the shower, went to pick up the bathmat and bottom-side was dirty with a wad of black hair stuck to it. Myself and my sister are blondes.

Very relaxing after a very active and exhausting day of activities , glad we could sleep before traveling home again . breakfast was very good and filling ,best way to start another day with. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger said "Ill be back"
