Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool (and the fact that it was heated and indoor) and the free breakfast. The check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We had a drink at the bar and it was a good value. We loved the vintage architecture details of the hotel.

Finding a parking spot was a little bit difficult. Other than having to search for parking, everything at the hotel was excellent. We plan to stay again when we are in Altoona. There's not much to say about what we didn't like but it required a certain number of characters.

The staff was amazing the room was taken care of the breakfast was good.

The jacuzzi bathtub leaked even when not running, the blow dryer died within a minute of being turned on, and I would have expected a bigger breakfast array given that it looks like you’re walking into a restaurant but your options are only cereal, eggs and ham, or a waffle. All of which,besides the egg, I was unable to consume due to a medical issue. Also the hot tub was not running which was part of the reason we chose this hotel.

We especially liked the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast in the morning which included hot food such as waffles eggs and home fries as well as coffee and juice and water with ice. The location was great and right in the middle of lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

It is obviously an older hotel which is fine but we were initially a little nervous when we saw the condition of the hallway and carpet which definitely could use some updating. It is definitely a full service hotel that would be even better with some updates!

Lots of parking and it was close to Rock Run. Breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable, restaurant on site is an added bonus, front desk attendants were pleasant and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast attendant was kind of rude, stating she was the only one working and that was why breakfast wasn’t ready on time, all I wanted was a cup of coffee…little did she know.

I was not able to actually stay in the room.....long story....due to a delayed flight in Pitts I was unable to make the stay here....BUT something to be said about staff they did allow me to utilize the showers 4 hours after the actual check out AFTER i was able to attend the meetings that required my travel....so at least I could return to airport clean and shaven.....My experience with travels and prepaid reservations is that this WAS really a bit unexpected yet very much appreciated have had similar circumstances in the past that hotel management would have charged another day just to do so. I am grateful.

It was really clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and accommodating l. It is very convenient that there is a restaurant on site. Anytime we needed something, someone prioritized getting us what we needed such a towels. The maid service really cleans everything. The shower and bathroom was extremely clean. The pool area was well maintained. The entrance area is beautiful. I would stay there again!

My last room was pretty good, the bathroom could have been a little bit updated, shower head...Besides everything was great!

The bathroom shower head was loose, and when turned on water sprayed onto the floors making it slippery, I had to use towels to dry it.

Super friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The inside pool was warm and a lot of fun. We stay here every summer and have never been disappointed. The breakfast is delicious each time.

Better pillows would be nice. But they did their job.

Clean comfortable, spacious rooms. Adjoining for family. In room coffee, fridge, hair dryer. Loved the inside pool! Loved, loved the continental breakfast included. FANTASTIC. We stay every year at Thanksgiving to visit family. Always look forward to our stay! Booked online. All around GREAT experience, recommend to everyone!

Very fancy and posh. The dining room and lobby looked beautiful and amazing. The room was very good and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options are limited and I suggest to add more protein for vegetarians. The food could also taste a little better.
