VERY friendly staff, as always. Breakfast very good, plenty of variety. I LIKE the location near trains - enjoy hearing trains at night.

Housekeeping needs to organize so they know WHO is responsible for replenishing supplies. They needed to replace shampoo, kleenex, and coffee stir packets. After several days, I asked a housekeeper in the hall for supplies. She was very friendly and helped me, but I think the idea is that housekeeping brings the supplies rather than customer needing to ask.

I traveled for a clinical assignment and the property was at a convenient location, WiFi service was better than anywhere else in the surrounding area which was a bonus for doing school assignments. The bed was comfortable, staff was exceptionally nice, and housekeeping checked in daily which was more than other places I’ve stayed that don’t come to the room unless you request it.

The carpet felt damp and left your feet feeling dirty if you walked without shoes or sock on.

The food was good, the breakfast area was clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. He was continually checking the areas were clean and tidy.

We were in a handicap room which we did not need. The tub and shower should have had a double shower curtain to keep water inside the tub. We would like to note that when our reservation was booked, we were told the handicap room was the only one available. We don't feel that was correct and there were other rooms available.

Very very nice staff, exceptionally nice morning breakfast. The sausage gravy and biscuits was as a nice change.

The building smelled moldy/mildewed. I noticed a piece of the baseboard off in the hallway, and the moldy/mildew wall was exposed. The housekeeper came and just made our beds, took the dirty towels (that we actually stacked up for her at the bathroom door) Then never replaced them with fresh washcloths or towels.

Have stayed here several times. Location is great. Staff has always been really good. A real breakfast is a major plus.

The trains ... We usually are in the front of the building, but not the case this time. Will try to remember to request a room in the front next time .

Breakfast was great, with a lot of choices. The beds were so comfortable.

The handicap bathroom was a little odd. The sink was made to put a wheelchair under, but the shower was not made to be wheelchair accessible or easy to get into. My husband is not yet in a wheelchair so it was fine for us, but it seems like to be truly listed as handicapped, that it needs a walk-in shower. It would also have benefitted from a shower chair or bench in the main bathroom to make changing, dressing easier. Outlets on each side of the bed would have been helpful. I couldn't figure out the coffee pot, but that was probably just me!

The property was very clean. From the moment you walked into the hotel and the room everything smelled & looked clean. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Was a bit pricey for a one night staff but given it was a home Pennstate weekend, i am not surprised.

Breakfast was fine, coffee was great As for the location, the htel is centfally located, close to food, shoppig, and attractions. There was one small issue, the property is rather close to a busy and noisy railroad track. Although it did not bother us, it might bother others.

The appliances in the room - fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice to have available The room service was good. The breakfast provided was good. I liked the 24-hour coffee and the lemon-water dispenser. The staff was friendly and quick to help The location was near to restaurants and amenities.

The toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable to use. However when I reported it to the cleaning staff a person came right away and tightened it. I also mentioned that the water had an odor, may be a sulfur smell but I was still able to use it for washing hands and bathing.

We experienced a noise problem with our neighbors above us and Tammy and the manager at the front desk worked hard to figure out how to move us. We greatly appreciated it and had a much better night's sleep. The pillows were great, too. Very comfortable bed in both rooms we were in! Nice breakfast selection as well, biscuits and gravy on the weekend. Who does that?! We walked across the bridge in to town and found some great little places for dinner and coffee.
