The hotel was nicer than I was expecting. The staff were all very nice and accommodating,. The continental breakfast was perfect for my little one. Parking was easy, we found a spot up close both nights.

We only had one wash cloth when we checked in so I had to ask for another one, but the staff member was very friendly when I asked and got me one quickly. The bowl of the bathroom sink could have been cleaned a little bit better but it was not out of the ordinary for such hotels.

It was amazingly quiet even the last night we were there and it was fully booked. The room/suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was pretty typical breakfast bar hotel: waffle machine, cereal, pastries, yogurt, scrambled eggs with a meat side to choose from. Again, very clean and attended by an attentive staff. Plenty of parking and convenient to restaurants and shops.

have a recurring visit in Cresson and this was 20 minutes away (nothing closer in Cresson, or Ebensburg) Good size, was very clean and comfortable Great breakfast although the eggs tasted like instant instead of fresh. Staff was attentive and answered all our questions

Eggs in the breakfast bar tasted like powdered eggs and not fresh eggs.... the other breakfast items were great

Friendly staff, location is great because it's within walking distance of several restaurants and both the Perkins restaurant and the La Fiesta offer 10% off food if you show your room card when you pay the bill. :D

A lot of traffic in the area but not as bad as it could be.

Room was clean. I requested a room on a specific side of the building and they did accommodate. It was quiet.

One of the desk clerks was not very pleasant. I did not like the fact that the rooms are not cleaned daily. I was told policy is to clean once per week. I was expecting clean towels each day.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are places to eat that right next to the hotel.

There was not enough towels or pillows however when asked they did give me more towels and pillows.

Lee at the front desk was great. Very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.

The room wasn't the cleanest. There were lots of greasy smudges on the microwave handle and display and most of the furniture and lamps had quite a bit of dust.

I like that your staff was great and friendly also that the place was very clean also breakfast was very good and the price for the room was very affordable so thank you all for everything

I do not like the pillows on your beds they are way to darn small
