Jasmine, front desk, was amazing. She allowed an early check in because we came to town for a funeral and needed to change for the service before 3pm. All other staff were friendly and accommodating. hotel was clean and n a great location

Was surprised there was no free coffee in the morning. The coffee in our room didn’t have creamer or sugar so went to lobby to get coffee and realized I had to pay for “Starbucks” in the bistro. Not a criticism just have gotten so used to free coffee (and often breakfasts) at that I was surprised that wasn’t offered here

Close to the family member I was visiting. The AC worked great in my room. The price was good. It was quiet.

It wasn't as clean as I would like. The workout room looked really rough and not clean. Stains on carpet and tub. The curtains in my room were hard to close as they were somewhat broken. The windows were not clean. There were lines running on the TV when I was trying to watch a show.

There was a lady by the name of Crystal at the front desk that was exceptionally nice did everything she could to help in every way for all of our needs we will definitely be back

There wasn't anything I didn't like breakfast was wonderful The room was wonderful everything about the experience was wonderful Will definitely be back

I stayed on the 4th floor and only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor. The tv screen had lines in it. My room was in the back beside convention center and the coming and going staff were loud and was woken up very early both days.

Nice hotel beds very comfortable perfect shower bath temp also good breakfast loved the stay

Found a hospital bandaid behind the toilet no biggie just left it there to hopefully get seen by a better clean up crew memeber

Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was good and hot. Beds were comfortable.

The property seems like it is in the process of a renovation and could use some updating.

Pleasant, accommodating breakfast person. Front desk called with and responded well to accommodation that wasn't going to match what i booked.

Tired decor and worn furniture. A new location that didn't appear in my gps.

We stayed for two days and they advised daily housekeeping we didn’t get clean towels. The 3-11pm desk work on Saturday wasn’t very friendly

Everyone one that worked there did a great job to make us happy

Rooms were not cleaned that good tube was dirty under the tv was not clean

A comfy bed, spacious room, and the whirlpool tub was a wonderful treat.

Toilet had a small leak and would run water about every 5 minutes.
