The location was good, the property was nice and the staff was great.

The shower had very slow drainage, which made it difficult to shower because we had to wait for the tub to drain. Also, and this didn't have so much to do with the hotel, but we had a family check in late at night with little kids who were running like wild horses. I called the front desk and the attendant offered to call them if it didn't stop, which I appreciated. Also, the carpet didn't seem to be as clean as it could be.

We've been to this hotel 3 times in 2023. Love the location. Nice and quiet and safe. Employees are very helpful, genuine, and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. The "free" breakfast is a great feature even though it is a bit redundant from day to day. Kudos for the hot and fresh foods. The cinnamon rolls are warm and scrumptious and the turkey sausage is a nice, yummy offering. The "ground the beans to order" coffee machines are awesome and available 24/7. Good coffee too! I recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be back next time we are in town.

The only suggestion is that the "hot" part of the breakfast is always the same food from day to day. (Egg omelets or scrambled eggs and always sausages.) Maybe for folks staying one night it is okay. If you plan on staying for 3 or more nights you may want to relax with the fact that the food will be the same. Consistency for some folks might be a welcomed comfort. For us it was redundant. Good food, but redundant.

The lady at the front desk was amazing and very personal in a good way. She asked if we're wee attending the convention across the street and she was happy we chose to stay where we stayed for it. She was just a very genuinely kind person. Also the movie theater strategically existing right next to the hotel very good.

I didn't like that there was a little sign in the bathroom that said "if needed ask attendant at desk for anti slip mat." I get that there was texture on the floor in the shower floor and a towel could be easily used after the shower to stand on but it really shouldn't be something someone has to ask for.

Very helpful staff with all of our needs. The staff made us feel like we were home away from home!! We had a long drive in from out of state. The breakfast was hot and a great variety to choose from. We will definitely use this hotel again!! The lady that was serving and cooking the breakfast was very polite and happy. You can tell that she loved her job. She makes that hotel good; by being so pleasant with the staff and keeping it so clean.

We had no complaints about the hotel, the food or the staff.

We thought the breakfast included in our stay was the best included breakfast that we ever had in any hotel. Friendly service who was working the dining area. He kept up with cleaning tables and refreshed hot food. The front desk staff were all friendly as well. We also appreciated the new design of bathroom supplies of soaps and lotions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. No odd smells. Modern updates which we appreciated.

The only thing we noticed was that there was no coffee pot in the room. But the coffee machine with fresh grounds in the lobby was just fine. Can't complain for fresh grounds.

Clean, comfortable, great staff, nice breakfast and common areas! We were there with my daughters equestrian team and we always stay there together. The fitness center was pretty hot, with just a box fan to try to cool it down. That’s my only negative.

It felt like a brand-new hotel. It's a bit remote, thanks to that it's very silent, there's not much noise from the outside. The pool vas very refreshing after the canicule.

The floors are not sound insulated. If your neighbours above walk heavily or drop something, you will hear it very well.

My HVAC unit was not working. The clerk came to my room to help me. The unit was malfunctioning so the clerk moved me to a new room, right next door. She was polite, professional, helpful, and apologized for the inconvenience. I will stay there, again.

Sorry, but your elevator could use a good scrubbing, from top to bottom. But my room and bathroom were clean.

Clean and well appointed. Showed evidence of maintenance as well as cleaning. Well located. Good value for the money.
