We arrived late but Abby was so wonderful. She gave us a friendly welcome and directed us to nearby restaurants and stores in the area. What we found funny was that she gave us our room keys which happened to be our Detroit 313 area code. We ask for a chuckle out of that. The rooms were super clean and the bed were so comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at how much of a variety there was for breakfast and it all tasted so good. But your typical continental breakfast offered at most hotels. This was right up there with your higher end hotels. The entire staff from the desk, to the cleaning service, to the food prep service was top notch. DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The only problem was a little off our route home but it was so worth it. The drive was scenic so not complaining.

Breakfast, grab bars for shower/toilet, shampoo/conditioner in shower. Just need to add a body wash.

We were there for one week and supposed to get a clean room every 3rd day. NEVER got it which means no clean towels. We kept needing to go to front desk to request towels. I have no issue using a towel for one week but they never dried out. More towel racks would definitely help for this issue.

The pool was very nice and breakfast was great! Plenty of options for the whole family. The evening staff was so friendly and made the stay worth it. I did not catch her name but she treated me and my girls like she had known us forever! My girls loved her!!

The beds were not the best but was decent.

We did a late night check-in and were exhausted. I loved that checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities described. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I dont remeber her name but the young lady who answered the phone each time we called was pleasant and patient. I appreciated her willingness to help us, after we realized my mom had left her insulin in the rm three hours after we had already checked out, by overnighting us her medicine. I will definitely be staying here again on our next pass through to visiting family.

Quick and immediate response after leaving the previous hotel that night within 20 minutes of being there.

Everything was great. Beds were a little too soft for my liking but my daughter was very satisfied. Especially from what we encounter that night at a different hotel.

Everything was clean and cozy, had access to the exit which was convenient for me and my family, couldn't hear noise from outside which I enjoyed.

I found a used coffee packed in the coffee machine. The volume max was 60 however the TV was quite low, most channels had weak signal but enjoyed the Harry Potter marathon with the kids.

Very impressed with our stay at the Comfort Inn in Ebensburg! The facilities were clean and updated, staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious, location was very convinient. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious, fresh, and varied slightly each morning. Lots of options, including fresh made eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns - along with a waffle maker, cereal, breads/bagels/muffins, yogurts, and more. My son loved the pool - and my husband was happy it was heated and they had a hot tub as well. I was very glad the room had a table with chairs instead of a work desk - functioned much better for my family’s needs. Linens were soft and comfortable, mini fridge and microwave worked well. Plenty of pillows and towels supplied without having to ask and housekeeping kept the facilities very clean and tidy. Blackout curtains kept the room nice and dark while we slept and the room AC worked well and was easy to adjust. We used this as a half way stop on our way from Pittsburgh to State College and it was perfect - we would most certainly stay again!

My one and only complaint was that the mattresses were quite firm and I prefer a softer mattress.

The room was comfortable and clean. What they had for breakfast was good. Pleanty of variety with cerial, waffles, eggs, sausage gravy and biskets as well as danish, muffins begals and fruit. I would stay here again.

The bathroom corners could have been cleaned a little better, and a breakfast meat would have been nice.

The room itself was "tired" and needed a renovation, but it was very clean. Check-in staff was a bit late to the desk and very aloof.
