Rates were affordable. Chris was very nice and helpful and he was able to get us on the 3rd floor per my request! Liked that we could pay at check in time and book ahead! Great view. Close to Galleria and Richland for dining, shopping, etc. The staff was pleasant, kind, and very friendly. Free breakfast items were nice. Nice, Quite and the no smoking room was great! The room was nice, 2 nice queen beds. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful. Checking out AJ was very nice and helpful, too. We plan to come back our next trip to town! Thank you all!!!

Nothing to complain about

The beds were comfy and the showerhead pressure was amazing. The location was very quiet, even though I know they were fairly full. I wasn't initially staying here, but had a fiasco at my original B&B. Expedia confirmed my reservation, but the B&B had zero record of my stay, only 5 rooms and they were completely booked. The other hotels in the same town as my event were either sold out or way above my budget. I chose to drive 15 miles back and forth, and stay here at the Johnstown Quality Inn, and I'm very glad I did. So much so, that when I come back into the area this coming weekend, I chose to book at the Altoona location (closer to my event than Johnstown).

I like a big breakfast and was a little disappointed that they didn't offer eggs/bacon/sausage. They DID have a belgian waffle maker though, and that was delicious! Their breakfast offerings only include cereal, yogurt, toast and the waffles (plus coffee, juices and milk).

Our stay at the Quality Inn of 627 Solomon Run Road Johnstown Pa. was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had the misfortune to arrive in the middle of a snowstorm. We arrived before the check in hour and the front desk worker was extremely understanding and we were allowed to check in early. Our King room was very clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was bitter cold outside, but we stayed cozy and warm the entire night. As we awoke early the following morning we were shocked to look outside, and it had snowed the entire night long, there was over a foot of snow and the entire parking lot and sidewalks were completely snowed under. We enjoyed a very nice and free continental breakfast. We were just sure we would never make it out of the parking lot the snow was so deep and frozen solid. But to our surprise the Hotel staff was clearing sidewalks by hand with snow shovels, and putting down salt for our safety and a private snowplow truck was clearing the parking lot. Before we knew it, we were on the road. The Quality Inn at Johnstown Pa. staff were just outstanding, and we really did appreciate all they did for our safety and making sure we were able to get back on the road. We had no complaints what's so ever.

Raj and Vishal were superb, as was the rest of the staff. There was a brief power outage in progress due to a storm when I arrived. The staff handled this inconvenience masterfully. I was able to check into my room immediately after a very long drive, they even assisted me with my luggage all the way to my room! Very nice accommodations, everything was top notch. Best place to stay when visiting Johnstown!!!!!!

The young man who checked us in was very nice, welcoming, polite. A little later, we called to have TV set into correct source, young lady came up, set it up into correct mode where it worked just fine. She was very polite and explained how previous guest may have changed settings for gaming, which was fine, but she knew her stuff, set it up for regular TV and was very nice. She said to call her if we needed any help.

Hotels over all are too expensive for we occasional travelers, but this was the best price we could get for a well-reviewed place and we were not disappointed.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Parking was free and easy. It was convenient for visiting places out of town, such as the Johnston Flood Memorial and the Horseshoe Curve in Altoona. Having a washing machine and dryer was an unexpected and welcomed addition. I liked that the juices at breakfast included orange and cranberry. Given that there weren't many open rooms when we booked in Johnstown, it was a good choice.

The written information hanging on the door said that although towels and sheets were changed every three days, housekeeping would make the beds and tidy up. We stayed two nights, and there was no housekeeping done to our room. Breakfast did not have any protein choices, just waffles, oatmeal, toast, fruit (Bananas) and granola bars. My traveling partner said the coffee was not very good, he used the word "tolerable."

It was very convenient. It was close to the airport and to the Galleria in Johnstown. The room itself was fresh and clean. The staff was also friendly. The water was nice and hot, perfect for showering.

I was a little disappointed it didn't have a pool or fitness room.

Communication and comfortability during a transitional period to a new home. Convenient to everything for everyday necessities, Walmart, Best Buy, Aldi, Sheetz (24-hour gas/convenience/hot food) , airport, and highway. Gorgeous mountain views, especially while traveling nearby.

Could be updated and a little cleaner in common areas. My room was good Couch needed repaired and the faucet was stuck. Other. Than that very good. I would stay there again

The staff was friendly and helpful. If we had any problems they were taken care of right away.

I would have like a little more on the breakfast. Maybe bagels. I just ate toast and fruit.
