Beds/linens were comfy. Both me and spouse had colds/tissue dispenser ran out. Too lazy to ask for more so used spare toilet paper. Shower was spacious and nice! Desk clerk on arrival very friendly. Liked location slightly away from town.

We stayed here so we could visit the Flight 93 Memorial. The memorial is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They recommended a local restaurant and we were not disappointed. The room was clean.

I won't say I didn't like the breakfast. It was average and about the same as most other free breakfasts. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2:45pm. Granted, check in time is 3:00. We had to wait about 15 for our room.

The location looked brand new and was clean. The rooms and bathroom was spacious. Staff seemed available and greeted us at each entrance to the hotel. There was a fire pit, though we did not use it.

The location is great because it's right off of the main Highway and easy to get back on the following morning.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds. There was tons of room and it was very clean. The mattresses had bed bug covers to protect the mattresses! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful!

If I had something that could improve it would be the breakfast and variety on different days would be nice. What I had was really good though.

We chose this hotel simply because of its location on the drive between Long Island and Missouri. It was a good stopping place on a very long drive.

Parking and the outdoor area were also excellent. My second complaint is having a certain number of characters required to submit this survey. If I only have a few words to describe my stay that should be sufficient. Why must I go on and on until you are satisfied? The minimum requirement for your survey needs to be reduced immediately for the customer's sake.

The breakfast was subpar. Breakfast from plastic bags in a hotel like this isn't acceptable. I regretted not going to Starbucks instead. This is my only complaint. Liked the breakfast sandwitches and coffee. Need more fresh fruit like grapes. I know apples and bananas last longer. Yoplay yogurt; it has fruit in it and REAL oatmeal.

convenience, quiet (not close to the Turnpike)

check in was difficult. reservations were made far in advance but the clerk could not find them. we were asked to step out of line and wait for everyone else to be registered. On the second day (of a three day stay) neither of our room keys worked.
