It was really the perfect place to stay for skiing at Seven Springs. It is just a few minutes to walk to the slopes. The hot tubs were very relaxing and we really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, video game room, and mini golf. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

As to be expected at a ski resort, everything is over priced. For example, the bowling was $16 per person per game. Ski rental was more expensive than just to buy new skis, etc. The costs add up. I would also say that the food quality at the restaurants was just OK sometimes and substandard at other times.

We loved that everything was right there! The staff were so friendly! Our favorite part was that we had a direct exit outside to walk our dogs, which was absolutely amazing that we didn’t have to go through hallways or elevators to let them outside to go to the bathroom! The foggy goggle is a blast!!! The food was very good both at slopeside the buffet both breakfast and dinner! and Bavarian had excellent wings! Slopes were a little icey but that was just the weather bc we went early January nothing to do with the awesome resort. As a matter of fact, they were one of a few resorts open that actually had snow! Also the beds and the pillows are extremely comfortable!!!

Access to the mountain was great, lots of amenities for the family. Enjoyed the rustic feel of the room, the raw wood beams were neat. Comfy beds too. .

3rd floor rooms have zero view...was basically looking at the loading dock. Also half of the pool was "closed for maintenance" but how can only half be under maintenance? It's a pool...

There was a lot to do and many eating options so we didn’t need to leave the resort if we didn’t want to. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do on and off the property.

The only thing that wasn’t great about our stay was the AC in our room. It was very warm at night and we had to sleep without the covers on us.

Went for winefest weekend. Was excited to stay on the property. Winefest was great. After was not so good. Lots of music for the festival but after the Matterhorn was closed and the foggy goggle had a house music DJ. Only place to get food after was the over priced pizza shop. In the morning the lobby coffee shop was closed and the walk to the other shop was ridiculous. For such a busy weekend I expected more for the hotel guests.

I really enjoy to be here. My family also were glad & happy. Staff are really friendly & warm attention to all. Keep always improving. Congratulations.

need more menu variety options.(Sushi or ramen ) My room doesn't have a balcony to enjoy the outside like first time. Keep improving,

The customer service I received from Susan at the front desk was topnotch.She got us upgraded to the 9th floor with no hassle and we greatly appreciated it.King room was nice great view.The coffee at mountain perks and the service there was definitely worth the morning walk.I also want to thank the slope side restaurant for finding and returning my credit card as I left it at breakfast nice to find honest people still exist.Thanks again!

Facilities were fantastic. Property is massive and easy to navigate.

The cost for activities was a little over the top. One game of bowling was $18 pp, ax throwing $50 pp. You can't participate in individual activities outside. You need to purchase an all inclusive day pass for $66 pp.

slopeside hotel is great for me as 1 adult w/ two 14 year old boys & two 12 year old girls. It's safe and plenty to do for both the boys & girls. food and fun in the same building. the 5 of us bowling after skiing was a nice end to the day.

you have no control but lack of of snow would be our only complaint.

Staff at Helen's and Slopeside restaurants were really nice. The Bavarian staff were a lot of fun.

Young workers at Foggy Google's were not very friendly to older couples. Talking to other young patrons and on their phones.
