The service was excellent. The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. You could see the pride they took in the improvements to this facility. The breakfast was exceptional for a Continental breakfast, and everything was kept sanitary. I didn't like the coffee but would still give the breakfast and staff an A rating.

The facility was a bit run down -- showing signs of age, wear and an odor. The fact that everything was clean, and you could see signs of significant improvement, I'll gladly give them a buy. Overall, I'd say this was a real bargain and the facility is on an up-swing.

Gaming is the main income so a lot of people going in and out with access to rooms. Outside is abysmal. Weeds, needs an uplift! Would not have even stopped if I had not booked it from the looks.

The attention at the front desk from the staff. The value for money. Suitability for a ski weekend with the family. Location near ski resorts, restaurants and gas stations.

Chairs at common room where extremely dirty. Extremely high noise of air heating in one of our rooms (was not so loud the second night). Breakfast ends too early (9am).

it is just at the entrance of PA turnpike so if you exit from turnpike you can easily make right turn and if you are coming in from other sides you need to be careful to take left and not to mistakenly enter the Turnpike and pay toll. so you can go around the hotel and enter to lobby . I wish the hotel team talk to local authority to make a left turn to their hotel

Nice size room and bathroom. Breakfast options were good and a very pretty atrium.

Right after arriving in room shrubbery was being cut outside our window. Very noisy for about 1/2 hour. This was 7:00 at night. I realize it was very hot but these chores should be done before check-in.

I liked how close it was to the PA turnpike even though we didn’t take it. Being close to major roadways is an important thing for a hotel. The host was great and helpful.

The outside of the place looked a little bit rundown but everything inside was great and cool looking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, one night our card wouldn't unlock the door so we went up to the front desk and they fixed it no problem, the bed was also pretty comfortable and the breakfast they served was good too

The hotel was in need of some remodeling you can just tell it was an older hotel, also there was no vent in our bathroom so it would get hot and steamy in there, but other than that that's it

Good location for convenience of food and shopping and short trips in and around the area.

There were truckers unloading vehicles right outside at night in the parking lot. There is construction also happening here (appears to be on the roof).

There was some trouble with our reservation with Booking.com. The desk clerk (Laura) helped us straighten out the problem at 1:00 in the morning. We could not have done it without her!! She deserves a bonus and recognition!

Everything was good. We did have a slight issue with the lamps the outlets had a shortage, it work but they may be somehing to check into. The pool wasn't working and that was something list on the amenities. My grandson was looking to enjoy the pool.
