I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET DID NOT INCLUDE ANY SWEET ROLLS OR SWEET BREAKFAST TREATS. I WAS NOT READY FOR THE HEAVIER FARE FIRST THING IN THE AM. THEY USED TO HAVE SOME SWEET TREATS WHEN I STAYED BEFORE.

THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT WE HAD WAS THAT THE BEDS ARE REAL HARD. IT WAS NOT COMFORTABLE ON OUR BACKS AND THEREFOE DIDN'T GET AS RESTFUL SLEEP AS WE COULD HAVE. BUT, THAT HAS BEEN THAT WAY ON OTHER STAYS IN THE PAST. PLEASE GET NEW MATTRESSES THAT ARE MORE CUSHIONING!

The facility's and Property were of very high standard exceeding our expectations. Great place to Stay in a great location. The staff were very helpful, very polite. Being International travellers they assisted with place to visit in the local community to meet our requirements. Highly Recomend this Hotel

Breakfast could use some improvements. More hot options are definitely needed. And I love the Netflix option at this facility. Especially the fact that it automatically logs you out when you turn the TV off.

The pool water is too cold! I would recommend a pool heater and better ventilation. The chlorine smell burned out eyes and nose.

I've stayed here many times - always a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large with comfortable beds and a very nice work area as well as couches. There is a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The shower is walk-in with grab bars, really good for older folks. The best thing about this SpringHill Suites is the staff - they are all very friendly and helpful. The bartender, is especially nice, and she makes a great nightcap!

I really can't think of anything negative to say. Perhaps there should be more lighting at the entrance to the hotel from the road, at night it was difficult to see just where the driveway was.

Location, parking, and having a restaurant/bar inside the hotel.

Breakfast was not up to Marriott standards! Poor choices of food and very limited in amount of items.

I stay here often because your staff is awesome! Laura who works at the bar and Amanda who works at the front desk are SO awesome! Super friendly! I come here to visit family but always enjoy my evenings hanging out at the hotel!

I wish the bar opened before 5pm!

Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice.

A few spots on the rug in our room. No clock. The shower door didn't close all the way.

Everything was very clean. All of the employees were very nice and always helpful.

The bed was rather uncomfortable (hard). The a/c was sort of complicated to control. The breakfast time should have run longer (it was over at 9:30am) and the food could have been a bit better. The outside trash receptacles should have been emptied daily (we stayed 3 nights and I don't believe that they were dumped until the last morning we were there).

Family friendly

Room 307 has a broken handle on the bathroom door that appears to have been broken for quite some time. Was very difficult to open and close door to lavatory. The air conditioning was too cold and when adjusted to warmer temperatures it would revert back to cold air.

Hotel for the most part was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good

Room was a little dusty. Nothing major. There was cereal on the floor down a side hallway for the 3 days we were there.(Friday night till Sunday morning) Saturday mornings breakfast was good but the employee took the eggs and sausage away at 9:20 and did not replace it. There were people waiting in line. Also there was no coffee left at 9:20. We waited for 15 minutes while the rest of the family finished breakfast and it still wasn't refilled
