Spacious corner room! The breakfast was actually fantastic! It had more health-conscious options than I anticipated. I seek turkey sausage and egg whites and they had both! The egg white veggie omelets were amazing as well as the bacon! The bed is super comfortable. My son was able to watch his show since the TV channels were actually decent.

Only cons were the indoor pool was way colder than I thought it would be (I have a 7 year old and I chose the hotel for this reason). Also, no view but did not really expect one anyways.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and fresh, and the dining area is continually cleaned during the meal. Plus it was nice to see many families with children, and the place wasn't noisy.

The electrical outlets are problematic. Some of them are unusable because of their positioning or design. However, this is not a big issue, considering all the positives.

Very comfortable. I had the queen disability suite. Bed was comfy but a little low to the ground. The soap/lotion/shampoo containers were a nice touch!!

The corner the microwave and coffee maker had no lighting to see what buttons to push. There needs to be a light on the kitchen area. Furniture cousin, mattress could be updated.

Extremely clean. Even the pullout sofa bed! Pool area was nice and they accommodated our every need. Breakfast was amazing!! Room size of the suite was worth it. It slept 6 adults comfortably. We had 2 queens and a sofa pull out bed. Would be back for sure!! We stayed multiple nights and the quality of the stay didn't change. Amazing.

The drawers kept opening on their own and I ran into one in the middle of the night. It left a huge bruise on my leg. The room was pitch black and I wasn't expecting a drawer to be open in my path. I also woke up half the room running into it. We were able to shove some napkins into them and it helped. But they kept opening and it was super annoying.

Very friendly staff; hot breakfast items with person right there if you needed anything. Our room was huge! Ask for a corner room if you can.

The driveway going in - it’s tricky because you have to go through a shopping mall parking lot that has some bad potholes to get to it.

Hotel staff was fantastic, very kind and accommodating. Room was very large, clean, and quiet.

Would have been nice if there was more than one chair to sit at the desk/table so that we could have eaten some to go food together but wouldn't prevent us from staying again. The tub in our room also needed to be snaked - water filled quickly and we had to shower in standing water to our ankles.

Rooms are excellent. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Though the Breakfast excellent, it would be very much required to have hot pure vegetarian breakfast.

Housekeeping and cleanliness need lot of improvement. It is better to keep a weigh scale in the room or a weighing machine at the front desk so as to ensure the weight of the baggage prior to go to airport to avoid overweight.

Location was good as it was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained rooms and bathrooms (no mold or stink). Complimentary breakfast options are ok. Staff and service were good as well.

Vegetarian options for breakfast could be better

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered healthy options and tasty treats. Finding the back driveway/road was challenging. Need better signage. The one, Cheap lawn sign did not make a good first impression.

Could of had some kind of little store to buy something to eat or drink. Most places i have been to have wear you can buy snacks or some kind of food you can put in a micrwave, Only had 2 menus to order from and they weren't very appetizing.
