I booked this room through booking at 11pm. I made sure to look at the check in/check out times. It said check out begins at 3pm, and check out was at 12pm. I finished booking and shortly after received an email saying that we could only check in until 12am. This was an issue because we were driving from Harrisburg and expected to be there around 2am. I called the property and spoke to a gentleman (I really wish I could remember his name). He advised that the night time audit was at 12am and that's why we needed to be checked in prior. He was very helpful on the phone and was going to try to help us, but then after calling someone to help him, he was advised to tell me to call booking to let them know what was going on. I called booking to see what we could do, but shortly after the call, I received a message stating that we would have to just go to the property and hopefully they could accommodate us when we arrived. We arrived at the property around 2:15am and the same gentleman was at the front desk. He said that he got it to work and had our room keys ready to go. He was very nice and extremely helpful! We got to our room, and the room was VERY clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay! Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again!

I have no complaints about this property.

The breakfast was in a nice location in the hotel and the food variety was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Even though there was a thermostat in the room (thank you), it did still seem warm for the registered temperature. The mattress was a little on the soft side (could have been a little firmer).

Free parking, good location, shops and restaurants not far away, breakfast included in price, cleanless on higher level comparing similar hotels.

Breakfasf is the same every day. Some changes during a week would be nice.

The staff was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The facility was clean and well taken care of. We have stayed there a few times and we will always make it one of our places of visitation. We are pleased and happy with the facility, and it's Staff.

Room was right next to the noisy elevator. Toilet ran all night. Temperature in room was very warm even though thermostat was turned back. Air conditioner was very noisy

Beautiful/Modern decor, crisp, clean and welcoming. Front desk area was open and pleasing to the eye, a peek into what’s coming. Very cool selection of snacks, drinks and adult beverages. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, Deb was my fav but every single Hampton Inn employee I came upon was wonderful.!Breakfast nook/dining area was great and breakfast was scrumptious. Not the typical cereal, oatmeal and stale pastries, they had omelets, sausage, waffles and more! Our room smelled amazing, as strange as that sounds, not a chemical cleaning smell either, just smelled soo good and the room was super cozy. Very clean, beds comfy, only piece of dust to be seen was on the lamp and only OCD me could find that. The outdoor area and pool was perfection, crystal clear and perfectly maintained. Ohhhh, and the pool was heated!! Awesome fire pit relaxation area and sparkling pool, just the cherry on top! 100% our staycation getaway from now on!!

Absolutely nothing, there was not one thing to complain about, besides my sun burn and the fact I had too much fun to take pics

The best staff and service in Greensburg. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is included. The veranda has a great atmosphere, and the pool is clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really, really liked it!!!

We loved our stay! Very clean, friendly staff and the location was perfect ! We went to a concert at the Palace theater and really appreciated the fact they had a shuttle that took us to and from there. Highly recommend and we will def be back!

I was double billed - paid in advance through booking.com and the hotel charged me again on my credit card

everything was excellent. The shuttle service downtown to the Palace Theatre was outstanding. we will definitely stay here if we return to Greensburg. Thank you!!
