Breakfast is fine, booking/checkin very easy

I requested a baby crib for the room for my 4 month old infant, we were arriving after midnight. This was confirmed through Booking.com that the location confirmed that one was available and would be in the room. We were only staying one night so we left our portable bassinet at home knowing this was confirmed. At check in staff informed us that they “only have one which is broken and hasn’t been replaced”, so I had no choice but to have an unsafe sleep arrangement for my infant. I was very upset and barely slept at all that night.

The entire hotel from the lobby to the room to the pool and fitness center was very clean. We loved that they are pet friendly. It was very comfortable. The staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

One word: elevator. That elevator seems to be in terrible condition, and it was terrifying both times I had to ride it with my luggage. In fact, on the day we left, I opted to carry all of my luggage down the stairs instead of taking the elevator again. On the plus side, I got a great workout on the stairs while we were there!

Staff friendly, room very nice, beds very comfortable, & it was quiet, which is important to us. Plus, the covers on the bed were not too heavy. Some of the more expensive hotels have thick comforters on the beds that get way too hot overnight.

Only negative thing is that we were charged twice for our one night stay for some reason. My husband had to call twice after we got home about having the second charge removed.

We loved the Hotel gave us a gift with bags and treats for our pet ! that was a great thing that nor even other expensive hotels do. The staff was very nice overall and helpful. The room was ok for the price, it could be cuter but in general it was clean and the amenities were perfect for our needs. Location was perfect for us to visit Pittsburgh and the Fallingwater house. I'd recommend and repeat staying here for sure.

Nothing was wrong.

3 night stay. Clean and quiet. Standard breakfast options. Good hot showers at all times. Maybe a bit too hot for me but you turn it back a little. Could use some updating in the lobby and hallway decor but overall I felt I got very good value. Just wanted a solid place to sleep and not break my budget and that is what I got. Limited interaction with staff but they were friendly when I did.

The beds were so soft and comfortable as well as the pillows. I always have a problem at hotels finding a pillow that doesn’t give me a headache in the morning. All of them were wonderful and I felt well rested in the morning. The staff was very polite and understanding, especially after I accidentally locked my room keys in the room.

Very clean, newly remodeled. Smells very nice, not like air freshener is covering up smells, just clean.

Marijuana smell coming from the hallway from another room that wafted under our door. Not the hotel's fault. However there are several signs stating no tolerance for smoking, vaping or marijuana posted.

It's always a bonus when you get breakfast included, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and treat you very well, I like that a lot. The rooms are very comfortable and are nice, like a mini apartment. Plus You are near to gas station, and restaurants

Mmmmm I only stay one night, I don't have any negative to say about this hotel.

The bathroom was clean and the toilet was a decent height. I am handicapped and could use it comfortably.

Third floor accomodations was not acceptable for a handicap person. Especially when I requested a 1st floor room in Oct when I booked the room. Thankfully the elevator was working.

Staff was friendly and I loved the pool amenities.

The room was clean but I did question how well the room was “deep cleaned” after finding left over popcorn from a previous guest on the floor next to the bed (it just triggered my ocd)
